It was our first summer in this house which had a new roof, but it was not installed correctly. Robert inspected, and then showed me with a video he took that the roof around the electric roof vent leaked water when it was hot outside but rained (such as during thunderstorms) since it was summer, but the rain leaked into roof due to vibration. Robert showed me what was happening after he inspected it (he took video), then fixed it for a fair price. Now, 9 months later after last summer, fall and winter seasons, NO problems at all. Plus, Robert installed ridge vents, repaired broken the mortar in the chimney, fixed some other problems (he showed me everything by video first and then after he fixed everything), and sealed my driveway. He even helped me install an HD Antenna so i could cut the cable TV! He and his staff are great, prompt, polite, timely, and thoughtful. Bill was easy to contact and responded immediately, stopping over the house the day we called and coming out to fix the issues the next day. Incredible. We had these three leaks for years but they were getting worse. Bill said he would have no problem fixing 2 of them completely and the third one "probably" as that one may take a complete section repair. But he said he would come back and fix the repairs twice if they didn't take, for free. Not only was that great but the price was totally reasonable (unlike 90 percent of the service people we all have to deal with). Bill Stanley was very honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Honestly I can not recommend him enough, based off our one project, for any roofing "things" in Central Pa. We already have plans for him to come back. He also has a son who will hopefully keep up the tradition.

We called William to assess our roof damage and possibly stop the leaking. William responded almost immediately. He climbed up on the roof and found two areas that were problems. (The roof was still covered with ice and snow). He was able to clear the snow and ice and climbed into our attic and traced where exactly how water was getting into the house.
