The fireplace insert is in a huge stone fireplace and it puts out enough hot air to keep the whole place toasty. The old gas fireplace stove had been running sporadically. Mike came out to do a regular cleaning/service/safety check. He took the whole stove apart, cleaned all the parts and put em back together. This took over 2 hours and was included in the basic annual service charge. He even vacuumed the exterior of the fireplace, stove and hearth - that really please my wife. The company is straightforward and Mike has to be the best chiminey sweep ever.Thanks for taking the time to do a thorough job. TIP: They work Saturdays!

Called them for Chimney and Fire place inspection and to service gas logs…read more Received inspection report with photos of Chimney stack they are proposing repair work but no photos of interior inspection of chimney. And, more importantly, very little information concerning chimney condition and integrity of interior lining. Received proposal to Replace chimney Crown, Flashing, power wash and seal bricks. Estimated at a little over $4,000. The Technician that came to my home was polite and professional. I did watch as they worked -- cleaning fireplace, did not see them inspect interior of Chimney. Technician also showed me random photos from internet of Chimney stack (above roof) tops to explain issues with "crown" but did not show me pictures of my chimney. Then he went to truck and returned with tablet (ipad?) to have me sign and pay inspection bill. Said I would receive inspection report and a proposal for recommended work via e-mail. Did receive them. No contemplating recommendation -- proposed work.

Due to a storm with high winds, quite a few of the old shingles on our roof were blown off…read more Together with old, rusted and clogged gutters and downspout, we determined that a new roof and gutters were needed. Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.

It leaked for quite a while before we noticed, which we discovered from reputable roofers is common, especially since it had been leaking over our porch not into our house at first.They came twice and said it was fixed but it STILL leaks into our living room. We now have buckets in our attic. Your roof might look good at first but pay attention to their warranty and follow up. Buyer beware. Wish I could give less than one star : (

Initially, I called another construction outfit, and after telling me they could do the job, and after many delays, they later said the job was too small for them. Then I came across Biilt. Biilt, took the job, and I couldn't be happier. During their inspection it was discovered that there was some rotted wood to the original overhang. The house is old, really old, so this didn't come as a surprise. The Biilt crew was able rebuild the entire overhang and at a reasonable price. Construction, roofing, even clean up, they did it all, and their staff were polite and willing to work with me though the project. Cody, Aaron and the rest of the Biilt team did a fantastic job. The deck and overhang look great now and will probably outlast the rest of the house. Solid professional construction. In the future, my first call for quality construction needs, will be to Biilt. We had a master suite added on, including laundry, closet space, and a full bath. First and foremost - they were on budget and on time FOR EVERYTHING. I had heard so many horror stories from friends who had contract work done, and I was shocked at how smoothly everything went and how responsive everyone at BiiLT was. There of course were issues. There always are - but Brent was always there to walk us through what was going on and ensure things didn't get off pace. Were I to do any work like this again - I would call them first without looking anywhere else. We even had issues with a neighbor who was just a pain during the process. Brent intervened and just handled everything. And the addition? My only regret is not doing it sooner. It is beautiful. I love my new master suite. I have never had the opportunity to live in new construction, and 4 months into living in this room, I still love it!
