I was given payment quotes that were more than 100% off from reality, which should never happen at a professional dealership. On top of that, the finance process was not explained clearly or honestly upfront. After completing the purchase, I was told I could pick up the bike, only to find out three days later (after I called them) that no paperwork had even been submitted. Nothing. No proactive communication, no transparency, no accountability. Because of their failure to do basic follow-through, what should have been a straightforward transaction has now turned into over a week of delay just to receive a bike I already purchased. This wasn't one mistake. It was repeated misinformation, poor process, and complete lack of urgency. If you value clear communication, accurate pricing, and competent handling of paperwork, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

The guys at Davenport spent their own time working with the camera company's phone support. At each step they came out to me and explained the updated situation. When there was a "we could install it *this* way or *that* way" they came put, explained the pros of each choice, then let me decide. In all it took three trips to get the whole camera system installed - NOT because of anything Davenport did wrong. And to their credit they were great and friendly each time. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. I ran into the owner at a local restaurant and he told me to bring it in. Even though this Honda stuck out like a fart in church at this Harley dealership, the staff was great, and turned me around in a day. Chatted with three or four of the staff while dropping off and a different group at pick up, all were welcoming and easy conversations even about my Honda. If you aren't in a cage, on two or three wheels, this is the place you want to be. Could not recommend more.
