Went to look at a bike that was advertised on Craigslist for $5500. When I got there the salesman…read moresaid the price was $6900. Amazing how the price went up almost $1500 in the time it took me to get to the shop! Talk about inflation. Then they took the bike outside so I could hear the exhaust. Tried to hook up 3 different battery chargers to get the bike to start but it wouldn't. If you knew you had someone interested in one of your products, why wouldn't you make sure it at least starts before you show it to them? Ridiculous. So I left and sent a text message to the salesman about how he tried to price gouge me on a bike that wouldn't even start. His reply was very professional as you can see below. I hope you will avoid this shop at all costs.

The entire staff was easy to deal with, friendly, and sold me a great bike for a great price. To top it off, I sold that same bike back to them about a year later and received exactly market value. I think these guys deal in a high volume of bikes and probably get a lot of repeat business. When I think of "southern hospitality," I will think of this place. I didn't take advantage of their custom services, but from what I saw, they do great work. I hope this place is still as nice as I remember it.

This place is terrible. Called about getting a tire installed and apparently the machines been down…read morefor months. They have no interest in having it fixed until they are in the new building. Stock choices are terrible as I've been looking for gear for my bike. Normally I like cycle gear. This location is missing far too much. I'd go somewhere else.

I really like this place.. Registered for lessons at Harley Davidson. And there's a list of things…read moreyou will need. 1) a good helmet 2) driving gloves 3) ankle protected/leather shoes. So this is where Cycle Gear comes in.. Step in and was greeted by a woman. Love it. Love how they don't hover over you. They let you try the stuffs on. Walk around the store with it.. see how it feels and offered safety tips on finding the "ONE". A gentleman told me to make sure my helmet wasn't pushing against my forehead and temples.. There's sooo options for a good Helmer's. Prices range from $65 to $600+. My budget was $300. And I found one that's $225. Even found a good pair of gloves on clearance.. One thing I did see and I mentioned it too then is that there isn't enough selections for women in shoes.. And they said well, women riding didn't take off until 5 yrs ago. I'm thinking they haven't been to WI yet. The home of Harley. There's plenty of women riders. All and all, this will be my go to for my gears. Staffs was helpful and nice.. Store was very organized and clean.. You can also see their inventory on their website so you can see reviews and compare models.. Good place to start!
