They make you feel like its your fault if there is an issue with your car and will charge you for gas even if there is 50km of gas in the tank. Take the extra time to drive to St. Catharine's to see another ford dealership. I have had multiple service staff talk down to me and tell outright lies in order to get out of having to admit they made a mistake resulting in my car having performance issues.
