After driving around for 2 more hours I ended up at Tires For Less. The only thing I regret is not going there first! There were 6 cars ahead of us but Mo (see pic) pulled the car up outside a bay, took the rim, mounted the new tire and used a floor jack to remove the spare and put the new tire on. Customer service is rare nowadays, but that level of exceptional service is almost unheard of! Mo had us in and out the door in under 15 minutes. They were patient, helpful, drove it around to make sure it was reading the new sensors, got it done in no time, and they did all that for $65. I interacted with 3 people who work there between phone, counter, and mechanic and they were all great to work with. I'm taking the time to leave a review because I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the team was and how fair their pricing is. My previous experience at a Ford dealer for a different vehicle was that I left feeling very ripped off. That's not how I felt when I left Heartland Tire! Thanks guys and gal! If you go here for any kind of vehicle maintenance, I think you'll be well taken care of and not ripped off. That's all we could ever hope for, and they're offering it.

It also needed 2 new back tires because they were trashed. And everything needed to be aligned. They did fantastic work. They also communicated very well, and they were very honest. Well when I got the car back I noticed they had chipped the fresh paint on my strut tower near the upper strut mount nuts. They were careless while loosing or tightening the upper strut nut and their socket slipped off and chipped the paint. If that's not bad enough when I was up racing at BIR I had to adjust my coilovers and found that they had way over torqued the lower strut mount bolt, stripping it out. I thought these guys were professionals, it's an embarrassment. Tires plus could have done a better job. If you value your car I wouldn't take it here. Very disappointed with their workmanship.
