As someone who relies on my vehicle every day for work, it is important to me that I understand not only what is being repaired, but also the overall condition of the vehicle and any maintenance items that may require attention in the future. Robin took the time to explain his findings, discuss recommendations, and answer my questions in a way that was clear and easy to understand. What stood out most was the communication. Robin kept me informed throughout the process, called me before pickup to review the repairs and recommendations, and treated my concerns seriously. The team was professional, courteous, and thorough from start to finish. It is not always easy to find a repair facility that is willing to take the time to explain things and help a customer understand what is going on with their vehicle, but that was my experience with Paul's Auto Service. Thank you to Robin and the entire team for your professionalism, transparency, and quality service. It was greatly appreciated.

Hank's is consistently spot on when it comes to repairs. A testament to his popularity, the parking lot is often full when I visit. That should've been my warning sign, but what happened next was unbelievable. Apparently, I am not the only person he ghosted mid job. Every part of my vehicle he touched ended up damaged. Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. No returned calls, no accountability, no attempt to fix what he broke. Just silence. Based on my experience, this person has no business working on cars. The lack of skill, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- your wallet and your vehicle will thank you.
