I must say, this collision shop is amazing to deal with. I had damage to my front drivers side headlight and bumper area when I was hit in a parking lot by some unknown person. I had seen the good reviews for Greenfield Collision and I live in Romeo, so it was convenient for me to use them. My insurance company wanted them to use aftermarket parts and some of those parts didn't fit properly, so they dealt directly with my insurance company to get the additional coverage for actual Ford motor company parts. In addition, there were some issues with the programming of the new headlight assembly and Greenfield Collision got me a rental car while they tried to get the issue resolved. They really went above and beyond to make things right. I just can't say enough about this company. read more

Greenfield Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Washington, Michigan

Friendly and helpful service and great work. They even delivered our van.... As my husband was dealing with a kidney stone. Very thoughtful read more

March 2025 my vehicle was to be repaired by Greenfield for a Progressive claim. After having the vehicle for almost two weeks it was ready for pick up. I drove it home only to drive back with it 15 mins later because the wheel well was missing screws in it. Come later that day I noticed a plethora of things half assed and not fully repaired. I'm now taking it to a Chevy Dealership who can now fix everything correctly that Greenfield didn't do correctly. They will be paying for the repairs to fix it. I highly recommend you go elsewhere unless you accept unsatisfactory repairs and skipping corners. See the photos below of the returned vehicle conditions. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer and needing to get body repair done. The team at greenfield collision did a great job helping me with the process and they worked well with my insurance company as well as with Enterprise rental for me to get the ride I needed while my car was in the shop. The quality of the work was great and communication with them was also fantastic! Would definitely go back again read more

Greenfield Collision did a great job of doing a body repair job on my vehicle after I was sideswiped. They were friendly, fast, and did a great job! The price was the best I found around town!! read more

We brought my car in over the summer for the bumper to get fixed. We could have taken it somewhere closer to home, but then we would've had to wait. It was hard to get back to pick it up within their service hours, so we just picked it up after hours one day. The GPS hasn't worked since. The antenna has no signal, so it doesn't even show the map of where I am. So annoying! And the side got messed up somehow - now the gas door is rubbing the body when I try to open and close it. I'm sure that's gonna scratch and rust over time. So we finally got back to get it fixed, but the shop is questioning whether these items are a result of their previous service. What? Like I know how to to remove the bumper and find the antenna? Thanks for the confidence, but that's way past my abilities. They also suggested it happened in a car wash. First, I haven't washed the car (shame on me). Second - when you do try the GPS, the map shows their location no matter where I drive. Almost like that's exactly where the damage occurred. Hmm..... We called the insurance company, since they paid for the work that caused more damage. The insurance company wants us to file another claim! Cuz that looks good, right? For them! Anyway. If we do have to file another claim, it definitely wouldn't be to have work done here. read more

Greenfield Collision is amazing! Fast service, clearly explained the repairs and processes. They even finished my car a day earlier (1 week) than they thought they would! Their price was very reasonable! Everyone I spoke with and meet was very friendly and caring! A+++ service! It's so nice to find an establishment that values customer service! Thank you!! read more

Not satisfied with this collision shop. My vehicle required a new paint job. The vehicle interior and inside windows were filthy with overspray from the paint. Closed out my case with the insurance company earlier than what was communicated to me which then cost me additional fees for the rental car. When I called to question about the early close out, I was told there was no record of that early closure. But when I called my insurance, the rep read word for word what the collision shop entered into the system on the earlier close out date: super shady in my book. I would recommend another collision shop. read more

Incompetent business with incompetent employees. First off, the communication between this organization and their clients is so poor that you will be doing all of the contacting. The mechanic Brian told me two different estimates for my vehicle which makes no sense cause if you're done evaluating the damage how does the cost get higher?(money grab). I was told my insurance had to look at my vehicle, no problem. I called this morning and was told my insurance had been contacted to look at the damage. For some odd reason, they couldn't tell me a simple date/time that that would happen which again makes no sense if you're communicating with insurance. Then the manager Mike had the audacity to dismiss my problems with his poor organization and had a snarky condescending tone in his voice. After I corrected his ass, he said: "we're not working on your car". This is a grown man who decided to be immature and petty; the exact opposite of what an organization should be. All good though, anyone with an inflated sense of self worth has no right to fix cars. read more

I took my 2005 Chevy Impala to Greenfield Collision for a new bumper, and passenger side fender. Mike McCarthy was able to pre-order all the parts for the repair. I took the car to him on Monday morning and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. The repair was fantastic right down to matching the paint. Mike and all the employees were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Greenfield Collision for great repairs and service. Doris Z. read more
