We had his car towed to CC since they were the nearest body shop. From the first conversation about the accident and insurance claim process, these guys were great. Quick with responses, detailed in the information they shared with us & helpful with regards to our interactions with our insurance company. At the end of the day, our insurer totaled the car so we didn't end up having Cass Collision do any repairs but based on how we were dealt with I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

No replacement on 23 mile collision, only offering to paint over rusted part. they are taking over the Maaco shop next-door on 23 and plan to do worse work than was ever put out of that place before.. I had fast scheduling over the phone then a calendar link was sent in choosing appt. Owner Chris was prompt to returning My call then replying with text messages in regards to having your vehicle set up for repairing. It took 5 days to set up the day and time to meet and greet him. It took him 35 minutes to remove a small Door Dent and a couple of door scratches too were touched up and buffed shiny new!
