While I was waiting, I spoke to one of the mechanics and he reviewed what I needed. The mechanic told me to speak with the owner to get the estimate. Once the owner complete his call, he walked right by me to talk to one of his friends. I continued to patiently wait until about 20 mins went by. I then spoke to the service girl and asked if he could call me with the estimate...she replied yes. About 2 weeks had passed and I never received a call. So I called again and explained what happened and she informed me someone would call me back on that day. That was about 4 days ago and I still have not received a call. I guess they don't need the business.

I took my bike to get some work done, and when I got it back, the colors didn't match. They basically rushed my bike out the shop without finishing the damn job! the fact that they couldn't tell that the fender was so far off from a match to the rest of my bike still confuses me. The chin spoiler I order took almost 3 damn months to get back And as you guessed, that didn't match my bike either! I had to pay another shop, who actually knew how to paint, to get the job done right. This was after paying these clowns almost 5k of hard earned money to do a good job. I'm never using Tricked Out again And would never recommend them to anybody.

They're garbage! They screwed me and they will screw you too! Played the hell outta me when I…read morepurchased a hayabusa from them. Told me in order for them to repair my bike, they would need the waiver I signed. He pulled one over on me because I was desperate to get the bike fixed and it was my only means of transportation at the time. He put his mechanic on the phone with me to try and convince me to send him the my signature and I stupidly sent it and once they got what they wanted outta me, they stopped pretending to want to help me with the issues with the bike. Their warranty is SHIT!! They wouldn't help me either. Don't Buy from them!! I wasn't the only one they screwed over. They've done this to many people! Don't trust them!! Mike responded to me on yelp claiming that I never purchased from them and that my claims are fake and false yet I have the paperwork right here! I had that bike for only a month before it broke down. I took it to power sports east service center in bear Delaware and they told me that the bike had so many issues that they refuse to work on it and to get rid of it. I explained to power sports in bear what mike sold me and what they did to me and even they said they screwed me. Specially when ambler put their mechanic on the phone with me to convince me to give them the paper I signed "sold as is". I was the ONLY one with the copy of that paper at the time and mike didn't have the copy. So he got his mechanic to convince me to give them my copy and after I stupidly sent it to them, they wanted NOTHING to do with me afterward!! Refused to answer phone calls, gave me the run around and their warranty was crap just like them!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Buying my V85TT was a pleasant experience. Salesman Mark was efficient and easy to work with, and…read moreowner Mark worked out a fair price with accessories for me. I'm not as happy with the service department. My first few services were uneventful, but the last one was disappointing. I spent almost $1,000 for the 12k service, rear brake pads, state inspection, and mounting of two tires that I brought in with me. 34 miles into my first ride after service I saw a pool of oil on the asphalt when I stopped, and oil splattered all over the right side of the bike and my right pants leg and boot. Brought it back (1.5 hours each way and $50 gas and tolls round trip). Service manager tried to get me to believe that they were suddenly having an issue with *faulty* head gaskets. I knew he was trying to keep the heat off his shop, so I then spoke directly with the mechanic who worked on my bike and he acknowledged that the real problem was improper installation of two o-rings, which is where all the oil leaked from. I understand that any one of us can make a mistake, but I was disappointed that the service manager did not offer some remuneration of the nearly $1,000 that I paid, especially since I had to make an extra (expensive) trip to have them fix their own error. Heck, I didn't even get an apology or an offer of a free oil change. Fortunately for me, a dealer much closer to me has started selling Piaggio products, so I no longer have to make the long drive to this dealership who cannot be counted on.

Mark lead me on a great local ride with lots of nice scenery and curves. The negotiations and pricing was easy and fair. I walked in ready to pay cash, but the offer of 0% financing was too good to pass up. I made arrangements to pick up the bike later in the month so they could install some accessories that I wanted. Every person who I dealt with (Mark, other Mark, Jeremy, Cyndi, and Tracy) were genuinely friendly and helpful. My bike was ready when I took delivery, and I was walked through all of the functions of my new bike. If you're in the market for a Guzzi, Aprilia, or Vespa, it's worth the easy drive to check out Motoplex.
