Initially, communication was good and pricing was fair with discounts When I picked it up my car on August 13, 2025, it immediately had issues to include not starting on the first start, A/C issues, rough idle, running hot, and a speed limiter error. The next day, they admitted to missing a vacuum hose and incorrect settings related to the shocks, which they fixed. However, the car continued running poorly, ran hot, and had ongoing starting issues. I returned the car on August 21st. They kept it for 10.5 weeks without resolving the problem, with very poor communication. Then they sent it to another shop (not one I approved) for an additional 6.5 weeks. After 17 weeks total, the starting issue was still not fixed. I picked up my car on December 12th and within miles of picking it up, the check engine light came on. A different shop I chose later, looked at my car for 15 minutes and found that the PCV system was installed incorrectly and the car still had a stock tune. After correcting those, the car runs much better, runs cooler, but the starting issue remains, and is most likely a cam sensor. Not only did I have to pay my car payment and insurance for the 4 months I was without my car, but I also had to pay another shop to tune it and fix the PCV system. I tried to address this issue directly with the owner before leaving a review, but he was defensive, and unwilling to work toward a resolution. I also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of resolving the matter. After spending thousands of dollars and dealing with months of delays and poor communication, I cannot recommend this shop, and I won't even use my loyalty rewards to get a free oil change at this point.

Walk out to my car and my check engine, engine malfunction, low oil pressure, red oil can and my console screen telling me to pull over immediately is all lit up. I go get Bryan, he comes out and looks. He says it's not a big deal and that it's safe to drive. A mechanic.....is saying it's safe to drive with all those warning lights on. I ask him if it's safe to drive and unbeknownst to him I'm recording this entire conversation on Facebook voice messenger and when he says that the shop will be liable for anything that happens if I drive off I figure okay, I'll drive it home and bring it back in the morning after I work. As I'm leaving trying to turn left on baseline I almost get tboned by a jeep because my car will not accelerate. Take it back, livid, and leave it with them because what choice do I have? Days go by and we have to practically beg them to keep us informed. I can't work without my car and because of them I'm out over $2000 in lost wages. Throughout this they try and tell me it's my fault because I wasn't keeping up on oil changes and that's causing issues. I have receipts for every oil change I've gotten and the miles put on the car between them, don't tell me I'm not keeping up on my oil changes. After a week and clearly everyone and their mother that works at this joke of a shop they found the problem: the incompetent moron who worked on my car connected the wire harness wrong and it was causing my car to go into limp mode and light up everything on my dash. Over a week it took them to figure this one out. They probably could've opened up ChatGPT, put the issues in and gotten a result faster. I'm not a mechanic but I feel like if a car was working fine when it was brought in and after we worked on it it was quite literally undriveable I would triple check every. Single. Thing. I did to said car. I would keep the customer informed multiple times a day on what was going on instead of making them feel like they were completely forgotten about. Clearly these guys didn't care enough to do so. Don't EVER take your car here, they will screw up your car and not even care enough that you are out of work and costing you your livelihood. 10 days my car was in that shop. 10 days, for something that should've taken one and that's being generous, all because of their complete incompetence. One of the items they identified was the old serpentine belt wrapped around the axle. Apparently it was too much work for them to pull it off because it's still there. They replaced the valve cover gasket, did an oil change and replaced the existing belts. There is lots more to get done including the timing belt. My son called back to get a price for all the parts and labor which was almost $300 more than the next shop we called in the area. I am not saying they are a bad shop, but these few issues plus some communication problems will make me think twice.
