Joanne Arbusto, is the PA who evaluated me and thoroughly went through my current regimen to help me understand my situation and helped me go through my many medications for which I have been struggling to reduce and improve for years now and with some extremely helpful suggestions from which I was able to change or remove 5 meds so far by showing their suggestions to my primary and other doctors. I brought my daughter here as she's a year round athlete who injured herself. The therapists got to know her very quickly, worked well with her and she made a good recovery under their care. They were pleasant, always asked questions to determine if she was just being lazy (lol) that day or actually having issues in the recovery process. If it was purely just the therapy staff that I had to deal with I would bring her back again if the need ever arose. The support staff however I was very unhappy with. Starting witty the insurance verification process. They proceeded to quote benefits that were not mine. They demanded full payment up front for visits when my whole family has 2 insurances that they are listed as in network in for both. I have worked for healthcare insurance for all of my adult life and if I didn't know what I was doing I surely would have paid ouut of pocket for services that my daughter was more than covered for. In addition they were very mean about the entire ordeal. Not to mention that the practice at the time was very busy & it's hard to get an appt that's not weeks away. Sadly, when I had surgery a while after I chose to just use crystal run therapy. I would have loved to go someplace closer to home but not at this cost. The 3 stars I'm giving are solely for the therapists & not the business staff at all.

I had rotator cuff surgery in December 2025 and started rehab here on January 30, 2026. From the start, this place runs like a well-oiled machine. First, Cindy did an excellent job scheduling all my appointments as soon as my insurance approved the sessions, which made the whole process seamless. McKenna and Gloria were always helpful with heat, ice, music, and keeping everything clean and organized. And of course, Laurie, my physical therapist, was outstanding. From day one she was professional and genuinely invested in my recovery. She took the time to ask about my hobbies so she could tailor exercises specifically to me. I'm an avid fisherman, so Laurie (along with Steve) even created exercises geared toward fishing. They made the whole process enjoyable. That said--don't try to cheat on your exercises. Laurie somehow has eyes in the back of her head! On my last day, I got to ring the bell, and Laurie set me up with great exercises and advice to continue at home. Thank you to everyone at Ivy Rehab for such a positive experience.
