When I booked my first appointment, all they were concerned about was getting me on the books for 8 appointments, and completely unconcerned about whether they were necessary or not. After several treatments of "pull on this rubber band", I had enough of the layering of services to jack up the price and not being able to know what I was being charged for until months later. James is nice enough and knows his stuff, and the PT staff are amicable, but like other reviewers have mentioned, the billing here is a mess. The office staff is incredibly incompetent and I actually had to stop the exquisitely dumb receptionist mid-sentence from reading all of my personal, financial, and credit information to the entire waiting room and PT office. This is totally unacceptable practice and I definitely won't be back.

The rooms and equipment are not cleaned after use or treatments. You see them asking patients move from one machine to another but never see anyone cleaning it before or after. In the evaluation rooms, there are no paper lining the tables but they tell patients to lie on them and never see anyone wipe before of after. Even the tables only have air fresheners and no cleaners. The only reason for the amount of stars that they are getting is because Dan knows his stuff. Thought I was never going to go back after the 1st visit but Dan brought attention to a lot of things my doctors failed.

Then a torn bicep tendon reattached 12 years ago, and with Karen's brilliant work, 100% strength and extension. Then in 2019 I tore multiple tendons, muscles, and ligaments in my shoulder in a skating accident. Completely re-built shoulder in surgery. Once again, Karen helped me regain strength and mobility and today (at 64yrs of age) I'm doing 45 pushups and 10 pull-ups in an "L" along with my Physical Therapy exercises.
