The instructors all have a background in dance and help every single person with form and function. I e never had something change my body so quickly. The level of support and camaraderie alone would get me to go. The much loved bonus is the positive changes to our bodies. Even when I ache, I go to barre and then I feel so much better. If you're looking for a top notch pilates studio this is the place for you. It is an elegant, spotless, friendly studio with supportive, highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you strengthen, lengthen and tone. All of the group classes at Pilates Plus are very challenging, but in a good way because you leave the studio feeling amazing and accomplished. All the instructors are fabulous- very attentive and extremely knowledgable. Class size is small, which is wonderful because you really receive that extra attention so you can perfect your form. I feel very fortunate to be a student at Pilates Plus. They will push you hard, but the results are great. When I am out of town for school, I try to find nearby pilates/barre studios. Thanks to Pilates Plus, I feel ahead of the game at other studios! If a barre or pilates class at Pilates Plus can't tone your body, I'm not sure what else will! I Highly recommend barre, pilates, and yoga at Pilates Plus!

I was kind of concerned that with a group setting I'd be worried about being judged but I didn't feel that way once. I would highly recommend checking it out at least signing up for the free intro class!
