It's only been 1 week and my acrylics are already extremely grown out. She left a bunch of space on the bottom by the cuticle when applying so it grew out way too fast. She also had an appointment come in and started rushing through mine to get to the other girl faster. read more

I came in and had a full set of acrylics done and I wanted them to match my car which is yellow and black. The artwork she did on my nails was polkadots and I drive a sports car! They are very rude there when I got my pedicure done, he didn't even file my to straight or smooth so my toenail kept catching on my sheets and my socks and I was very annoyed. I went back in the next day and there was only one guy working and he said they did nothing wrong. I told him to look at my toenails, as he's the one that did them and not only were they not smooth but half of the toenails didn't have polish on the entire nail. All I wanted them to do was fix what they messed up to begin with. The guy yelled at me in front of another customer, defaming my character and was very unprofessional about it. I am telling everybody in lutes who I know not to go there! And BTW, when you get an expensive pedicure, you deserve for them to give you a good pedicure. Hardly any massaging on the legs he just wanted to get finished quick. Not recommending this place at all! read more

Use to love going to this venue. If you are a returning client beware over time -The customer does not come first at this venue.

The website says they close at 7:30 , I showed up around 5:20... I was done with a pedicure and manicure with gel in less then 40 mins.... It was probably the worst pedicure I have ever had.... He wanted to go home... the lady who finished my manicure was mad cause the man took more of the tip money and halled butt out of there before 6pm read more

I went in to get my nails done by Mr. Ho. Immediately as I walked in he seemed upset, for having to do my nails. Following with while he was electrically filing my nails down I would say "Ow." From him applying too much pressure and allowing the file to grow hot on my bare nail, he just ignored my discomfort. And when I told him the style of nail I wanted he failed to inform me of the $5 style up charge. He did an awful job at applying the acrylic nails, blaming the shape and angle of my fingers for the reason my nails would come out strange. I'm extremely unsatisfied with my visit here. $28 down the drain. read more

Okay so I've been to a few places before and I've had my share of them being great and then all the sudden a couple weeks later it's pretty horrible. They just don't do nails like they do in New York in Florida. So here I go again trying another place. It was pretty easy to find and I called and made an appointment for noon. I had the debacle from the other nail places doing my nails and i was disgusted. They came out pretty horrible, so this guy had his work cut out for him. He had to remove all of my old nails and put a brand new set on. It came out pretty good and then I went for the pedicure with Bella. She did an wesome job and it was at least very relaxing for me. So from the pictures you can tell he did a really good job and they look pretty natural. Let's see how it works out in the next 2 weeks and the next month or so. So far I'm pretty pleased with them and hopefully I won't have to keep going back and forth to other nail places. I'm hoping that this one proves to be the best out of all the rest. read more

I went here with high expectations and an open mind but unfortunately I was very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very rough and began doing gel when I had asked for dip. After I kindly pointed it out, she began to give me an attitude and worked very rough, making me bleed. She pressured me to pick a color faster and called me "picky" to her coworker. The lady then proceeded to tell me that I have fat hands and needed long nails to make my hands look "less like a man" after she cut them short. This comment made me leave with tears as I cried home :). This is no way to treat a customer, especially a young adult like myself. I will say that it was unprofessional to comment about someone's features, especially something that they can not fix and that could be an insecurity. I tried to keep a positive mindset during my appointment, but her attitude, rough manner, and opinionated comments about my appearance made that very difficult to do. I am sorry to sound so negative, but my feelings were hurt and I do not think an older lady should make comments right to a young girl's face. I will say this is my first and last time here at Motion Nails. Sorry girlie but you just lost a customer!! read more

The design I brought in was a little bit simple and she offered to do one of her own designs on my nails, I'm so happy I went with it! She really took her time and did a great job. My daughter and I went to this nail salon after reading all of the positive reviews on yelp. However, I don't think I would ever go back. The tech who did my daughter was really rough and ignored her when she pointed it out. The girl who did mine was very young and had only been doing nails for about 4 months. The quality was poor- obvious and uneven brush marks- and our nails were cut unevenly. I would not recommend this place. read more

Went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up before a date with my husband. I was pointed to a riim in back and ket the tech know that I just wanted them cleaned up and to keep the shape, which was thin and highly arched. When she was done my Arch was all but gone and they looked like nearly straight lines. I told her this isn't what I wanted and to try to fix it. The straight uo told me I had them too thin and she doesn't do that. SO WHY DIDNT SHE JUST NOT DO IT???? I stood in The room and tried to repair them myself since she refused and then tried to rush me out after I told her she messed them up. Walked out and told the manager and she rushed up sayin that she took a lot of hair off.... But in the wrong spots!!! Told them I'm not paying for my eyebrows to get them ruined and she wanted to start screaming that she did her job. Told her she did it wrong and walked out. Highly unprofessional and I will never come here again. If you can't/don't know how to do your job maybe you shouldn't have it read more

I love this salon. The owner is very pleasant and does a great job paying attention to details and making sure you are happy with the outcome. It's not the biggest salon out there but it's definitely worth going to. The prices are very fair as well. read more

Very disappointed. The two women who worked on my daughter and me chatted continuously throughout our pedicure. It appeared they were making fun of us and laughing. It was pretty obvious. At the end they were arguing. The one woman who was doing my daughters pedicure didn't want the other woman to use the disposable shoes because she was showing her how my shoes were adjustable. This went on for a while. I don't know why the woman who was not doing my pedicure would even have any say in the matter but she was pretty pushy. My daughter and I could tell what they were arguing about even though it was not in English language. The woman who did my daughters pedicure did it very quickly as if to get it over with. We both started together but my daughter had to wait for me at least 15 minutes afterward because her pedicurist rushed through it so fast. I have to say the lady who did my pedicure did do a nice job. However the chatting through the whole time left me with a stress headache. I could understand a little interaction but these two women were visiting the whole time which really took away from the relaxation. Also they have different levels for pedicures so if you want a pedicure you have to choose among many options it's not just a standard one price for a good pedicure. The place was empty on the weekend and I could see why. We definitely won't be back. read more

I would not recommend this salon. They painted my nails horrible, parts of my toes were not even painted and the skin around my fingers had polish on it. It was so bad I just repainted them myself and when I went back with my receipt for a refund they would only give me $5 because "that would cover the cost of the nail polish" which is false because my POLISH CHANGE alone cost $7.... So in conclusion, they are a rip off, they do not do a thorough job and they have HORRIBLE customer service. read more
