After the first time, I brushed my teeth because I was tired of waiting and I figured a stall would get open after I brushed my teeth. Nope. Stalls emptied and refilled! Had to wait a second time. This Love's doesn't seem as clean as other ones. Maybe it's getting older. And it's also super busy which doesn't help maintain a property's cleanliness. DOG PARK: Be sure to choose a side. Big dog or little dog and close your dog in the one side. I didn't and just closed the outer doors. I turned around to pick up my dog's leashes and they had opened the main gate and gotten out !!! Thankfully they came right back. But it scared me.

Stopped in on August 9th at 4:39am to get gas as we were headed to the airport in Destin. I paid…read morefor $50 in gas for my rental but, only needed $18.01. I asked, Ray if I should come back in if I do not use the entire amount? He said yes. Because sometimes it will put it back on your card, and sometimes it willnot. After pumping my gas, he wasn't able to print me a receipt for the $18.01 that I had pumped. But I had my original receipt for the $50 credit I paid him. He then showed me the screen on the register that didn't show my transaction. I had to leave to get to the airport. But I took a picture of the pump, the pump ID number, as well as the name and location of the store. I believe this is some sort of hustle by this guy. I reached out to their corporate offices who are now investigating my case.

I asked her how her day was all she said was "i.d now" I told her I do not want to purchase anything from here & continued to walk out the store & followed me & watched me! She is absolutely horrible & the worst place I have ever received customer service! Called & made a complaint to to corporate! I hope she gets fired immediately! I'm not really brand loyal but I do normally frequent newer C-Stores when it comes to pumping gas. Today 87 octane was $2.899 per gallon I pulled in to fuel the Subaru out of curiosity more than anything. I was surprised to find a number of the pumps displayed the famous yellow "out of order" bags over the pumps and the rest had customers either pumping fuel or inside the store so I had to circle the fuel islands several times to get a pump (not the best first experience). Well one finally freed up and I filled up, everything worked fine including the receipt dispenser and the place looked well maintained- I did visit the restroom and it was clean as they stated on their website so they seem to deliver on that promise so except for playing musical chairs at the gas pumps all appears to be okay...

I've never had a negative interaction with an employee until today, when the employee Ashley, tried to berate and embarrass me about parking slightly over the white line into another parking spot at the very end of the lot, with only 2 other cars in the lot! Ashley needs better customer service training, or perhaps a new job that doesn't involve dealing directly with the public, since she obviously can't control how she talks to others.
