The clerk wouldn't tell me the mangers name and I couldn't see his shirt because he spoke from across the food at the other register and never came over. EDIT: after I picked my van up, I decided to go back and get a new coffee because the sweetness was too much. The manager said "go ahead". So I asked him if he'd changed the French vanilla to the half and half. He said no. Mind you, 20+ mins had passed since I told him it was the wrong cream. Anyway, he walked over with me to check and change the creamer as I was getting new coffee (new cup). As he was changing the creamer, an even worse problem arose. There was MOLD all over the top and inside of the creamer machine. I snapped a photo. I left with black coffee no creamed.

My wife and I stopped by, and we observed a GardaWorld truck parked in a handicapped spot. My wife is handicapped and requires a cane to walk, so I dropped her off as close to the door as possible before parking to get gas. When my wife entered the store, she inquired about the truck. A GardaWorld employee, who was inside the store, responded that it was his vehicle. My wife then politely pointed out that he should not be parked in a handicapped spot. His response was aggressive and vulgar (f-bomb), stating that he could park wherever he wanted and threatened to take up both handicapped spots next time. What was equally concerning was the manager's inaction and lack of response to this situation. Instead of apologizing to my wife, the customer, the manager offered an excuse and seemed to side with the vulgar employee. Given this unacceptable experience, we will no longer be patronizing Circle K. We plan to take our business to Cefco and Murphy. I would rate this experience lower than one star if possible.
