A critical quality of Riley's house washing is the use of relatively low pressure wash streams. In contrast, most other firms use very high pressure washing machines that will damage vinyl, wood and even brick surfaces; in fact, one firm that cleaned our house 20 years ago actually blasted right through window seals and the front door gaskets such that chemical-laden water was spraying right into the living room. The lower pressure protocol does as good a job, but takes a lot more time to clean a house thoroughly; the difference is THE most important factor in our decision to stick with Leo Riley for all these years Yes... cost of his cleaning has increased over the years, but we get more than our money's worth: a thoroughly clean outside, with no damage or blown weather stripping seals.
