I guess the owner complained and had my review removed. I will keep posting it sir. Rented a car dolley from Uhaul.com and went to pick it up at the specified time from Nash's. Nobody was there that could handle my rental so I had to talk with the manager via a car detailers cell phone to get it done. This was a time sensitive issue as my car broke down in a very precarious location and I did not want to lose my precious BMW to a tow truck. It took an hour and a half on the phone to actually pick up the tow dolly that was parked 10 feet from my truck. Ridiculous that there was a specified pick up time and nobody available to complete the transaction. read more

Read reviews, which are great, so stopped by one day on a whim. I've been thinking about getting my car detailed for many months. I was told a thorough inside/outside detailing would leave my car looking as if it was just driven off the showroom. Made an appointment that went off like clockwork. And, guess what? Showed up early for my detail appointment and Nash quickly found me and introduced himself. He was very friendly and accommodating. The prices advertised online are apparently for a tiny smart car (all prices say "and up") but I still feel like he gave me a good deal when I bundled two services together. He also threw in a small military discount since I asked about it. Our minivan had been pitted out by our three kids, and after just a few hours it looked like it had just come from the dealership. I nearly cried when my kids climbed in and left footprints all over the floor mats (Nash's has a gravel parking lot). Nash noticed my concern and promptly covered the floor mats with disposable paper mats that helped me keep my van clean (and my sanity) a few days longer. I saw the reviews were positive so I decided to take my truck in to get out a smell of dogs that wasn't coming out with at home shampoo and the hair was impossible. I figured it would be pricey because everything says "and up" but it needed work so I stopped by. Manny helped me out and I couldn't be more pleased with how the truck looks. It's like new and even though I only asked for interior, Manny saw I had some mud that cemented on and took it upon himself to clean it up...then since he was already there he gave the outside a quick wash for me free of charge. I haven't seen this level of service ever, and there's a reason they have repeat customers. Great attitudes, hard working, and the end result is great looking vehicles with happy customers. My girlfriend bought me a gift card for Christmas (I had never gotten my car detailed before). My car was an absolute disaster. Nash recommended the professional service, which I had him do. I was originally scheduled for only the premium cleaning, but he gladly accommodated the longer, more intensive detailing service although it would be more time-consuming for him. For months I was referred by word of mouth that had been passed down through a mega home improvement store in the area. So finally, I tried Nash's Detailing Business in Pace, Fl. The word was this business has been there for quite sometime and its known the manager & staff has knowledge and experience for a multitude of vehicles & vessels. 'Outstanding'! Such quality, effectiveness, and promptness of the staff! When I saw my interior detail & headlight restoration I just stared off contemplating what else I could have done... To the point- I was slightly jealous of the truck owner that had a full package appointment. Well, only for now- I'll be back by next month! Meanwhile, a quick look at the reviews posted by individuals without a doubt of irrational business expectations or unfortunate misdirected emotions. Ex.1) Im pretty sure if they were 'no show/no call' and it was raining hard, there were confirmed servere conditions on record. So holding a phone or cellular device can only be blamed on the holder. Vast amount of people in florida, the official #1 Lightning state, postpone all water activities, streets flood easily, and everyone's hazard lights are on for that mystery reason. Ex.2) Note: Everywhere west of tallahasse is precarious, but it can touch Lawton, Ok ! I know there is sticker in the store but Im not sure they provide equipment for uhaul. Uhaul, its a business, and businesses upsell! Even at the main locations, 'crazy things happen' and tempers are high. Uhaul personel don't give all the necessary details. If they did, they would be 'taking too long' with a customer. They dont move as much as us(military/truckers/rolling stone civillians/etc). With that said, weren't you also on your cell phone as well to make these calls for this emergency! Yet, you made it sound very unprofessional that the small business personel returned your call from a cell phone! And probably try to assist you instead of the mega corporation that was suppose to equip you from the beginning. Despite the stressful situation im sure the owner/manager must have tried to advise you. But with 21yrs of customer service background, its a good thing you did not get an answering service. Let's not forget we are all human and sometimes may not realize some things are just out of our control. We could of handled better with patience, forgiveness, and start over. Linda R. Scheduled and confirmed an appointment on the phone for the next day, it ended up raining that morning. The business no showed us that morning because "well it was raining really hard so we figured you would just want to get it cleaned some other time, like the next day maybe." Extremely unprofessional to not contact us, as we went and waited for 30 minutes just for them to not show up. On top of that the business charges a $5 deposit to a credit card to make sure the customer doesn't no show, but they "figured" I would "just know" that the appointment was cancelled and they weren't going to charge me that $5 no show fee? Without contacting me? If they took the time to open a line of communication they would have found out the main concern was cleaning the inside of our car, and we couldn't reschedule because we are moving out of state. Again, no excuse for not contacting us that morning. read more

I am so pleased with their work. I have a nephew that details cars in another state. So when I got my estimate I ask my nephew whether it was a good price. He said it was an excellent price. I set the appointment and dropped off the car. When I came to pick the car up I noticed how shiny it was. It looked like a brand new car. Actually, it looked better than when I bought it as a brand new car. It was so clean inside, outside, all the little nix and crannies,,Glove compartment, all the compartments including the trunk. The doors were beautiful the interior was so clean. The tires were spotless. Manny did a fantastic job. I will certainly be using them again and I would recommend them to anyone.
