He still charged me "for the cup". Even though he told me to go get a new one, which means I would have thrown the cup away, anyway. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE BY STEVEN (clerk) AND CHRISTIAN (I think that's the mangers name). Whoever was working at 6:00pm on September 15th. The clerk wouldn't tell me the mangers name and I couldn't see his shirt because he spoke from across the food at the other register and never came over. EDIT: after I picked my van up, I decided to go back and get a new coffee because the sweetness was too much. The manager said "go ahead". So I asked him if he'd changed the French vanilla to the half and half. He said no. Mind you, 20+ mins had passed since I told him it was the wrong cream. Anyway, he walked over with me to check and change the creamer as I was getting new coffee (new cup). As he was changing the creamer, an even worse problem arose. There was MOLD all over the top and inside of the creamer machine. I snapped a photo. I left with black coffee no creamed.
