One deli/bakery worker name Zach Thacker is the worst employee of them all. How I've seen him talk to customers and coworkers it's a big surprise he even has his job. I really wish management would do something about him but it just goes to show how bad management is if they're letting him run loose like a 40 year old over weight child with a beard. Let a person like him be a lesson, putting misery on other people won't heal your suffering. Zach Thacker needs serious therapy, it'd be a life changer for him.

My experience at this Publix was stellar. To begin, the parking lot is enormous; so plenty of places to park. Inside, the store is also large with wide and brightly lighted aisles and displays. I really liked the design of the triangular Pre-made Deli, Sushi, and Cut to order cold meats & cheeses. Polite, efficient service made my stop here very pleasant. Other aisles were standard design and all were neatly stocked. I found everything I came to buy (big weekly list). And yes, I was enticed to pick up one or two "impulse" buys. The weekly BOGO specials are a great incentive here. Prices can be a little higher than other stores for some items. Then again, you often "get what you pay for" and higher prices aren't necessarily dictated by the stores themselves. Many factors go into today's higher prices. Service can be spotty at times, but my experience on my most recent trip was 3/4 star at this Publix. Nonetheless, overall this store merited a 5 star review this week.

The thing that I really didn't like is the unfriendly employees at this store. The cashier is rude, gave him my bags, he threw them on the end and then proceeded to bag in plastic. I was puzzled. He then said you wanted in bags, emptying the groceries out and pushed them to the end for me to bag. A few minutes later he decided to help. Just odd behavior. I would gladly bag myself, didn't know I was supposed to at this store. A little communication is a good thing.

If it's late I would suggest to give the store a call to get the deli to make sure they are still open. They also have breakfast items at a limited time. Not only 1 but 2 different occasions, imagine, paying expensive groceries plus do the labor? Shane on the management! 2. Rude few cashiers Took me months to go back in this location, because I live in south crestview,( I used to shop 2x a month), north location is quite a drive, I just hate shopping at Walmart. Aldi is OK. Nothing much to offer. I really hate being rude, but hey, if it happens again sure they will hear it harshly.
