As I've learned to do, I find the local supermarket and load up on fresh fruits and veggies. If they have hummus, I'll grab some, and take it back to my hotel. Yes, you lose the sociability factor of grabbing dinner and a drink at the local hot spots, but you end up eating healthier and in most cases, you save a few bucks. This Winn-Dixie is an older one according to a prior review. Their produce/fruit section was well-stocked and I was stoked that they had raspberries and some nice organic carrots. Employees were friendly and the prices reasonable for what I bought. This location was close to my hotel, too, which made it convenient.

She yells at me for using her trash can & said I left it on the ground. I didn't realize the ketchup had spilt out of my bag when I put it in. I went over picked it up & while I'm doing that she tells me to go on, looks at my license plate & sees we are from Tennessee & says oh Tennessee... I thought they were nice. Wow I've never encountered Anyone so rude in my life. She stood & stared at our car until we pulled out. We had our 3 kids with us, who needless to say didn't know what to think about her. I forgot to add she told me she she would never come to my house & ask to use my bathroom. Haha I thought that's what public places was for! Never will I make the mistake of stopping there again!!!!
