I've used them for three years. Customer service is great if you have any questions they have solid answers. I have a lot of blooming plants and a vegie garden that attract a lot of bees. Mosquitos love me, it's awful. I live on a half acre with a small pond. I was worried butterflies and the bees would be affected but after the treatment they com right back. I love mosquito authority. I'm not itchy and I don't have to worry about my three pups getting heart worms. The mosquitos literally disappear after they come. We set up a plan for the spring and summer. I was a bit of a skeptic but after they explained to me how this works it all became clear. The best thing we did was call Mosquito Authority. We initially purchased a Groupon but were so happy with the results that we finished out the season with them. I was finally able to enjoy our backyard this year without being eaten alive or bathing in Off. They have a guarantee that if you have mosquitoes within two weeks after spraying, they will come spray again free of charge. We had a very good experience. We used the living social deal, so we got two treatments. After the first treatment, we did see a couple of mosquitos, but far fewer than before the treatment. The mosquitos have been really plentiful this summer in our yard! After the second treatment three weeks after the first treatment, we didn't see a mosquito in our yard for nearly a month. They were also responsive when we asked them to spray earlier in the day. I would use their service again next summer. read more

Mosquito Authority really works. We had a really bad mosquito problem in Versailles. After one treatment the population was virtually knocked out. The second application 3 weeks later took out the remaining. For $65 each application this service is well worth it. We can now fully enjoy our beautiful yard without ever being bit. I don't understand anyone who says that this service is not effective. I started using the service in 2014 and was so impressed that I signed up for the full season in 2015. We basically never see a mosquito on our property and never get bitten any longer at home. When we go somewhere and spend time outdoors it is so obvious the difference. My daughter is fair skin and was attacked by mosquitos every time she went outside. We couldn't enjoy our back porch even with candles! Mosquito Authority stopped 90% of our mosquitos.
