After about a month, the repair was failing and the car was starting to do the same thing that it was when I dropped it the first time. I called again eight days later (today) and was told she would get back to me today before they closed. She didn't. This must be a busy shop, so I've resolved to get the repair somewhere else. This is the only one-star review I have ever given and it makes me sad. Service is very important to me and two chances is one too many.

After this i still go cause i wanted to see the state of my vehicle after recieving all these empty promises, i arrive and the bumper is basically on top of the hood they let me know that the after market fog light vents "didn't fit" pretty sure they didnt even order any, still after all this i was respectful flexible, even, and told them to just please fix the bumper and lip cause it also had big gaps and not to worry about the vents, didn't give me an exact day it was going to be finished said "he didn't know" and that he would maybe have to take it to the dealership to figure out the sensor issues. Next week after this its tuesday hear nothing, only a text message saying it was gonna be pushed back again nd ready the next day, they then pushed it everyday after that until friday. I go pick up i didn't notice too much of the defects right there and then i'll admit however, i did notice they didnt put the bi turbo and the side vent after market part that it was gonna arrive earliest august 2nd "swing by and we'll just slap it on for ya" never recieved a call about it nor update, and it is now august 8th. Constantly i would be promised that i would be recieving calls back to let me know updates and would constantly recieve none, only the text messages being told it was gonna be pushed back a different date. I finally go pick up and after two days of having my vehicle i notice everything including the never repaired plastic wheel well liner a dangling WIRE WITH A SENSOR DRAGGING TO THE FLOOR paint mismatch etc.Throughout this entire endeavor i was respectful, and patient while they only showed negligence and the lack of care for their job. IF YOU'RE GONNA DO SOMETHING DO IT WITH PRIDE. I currently have my car at crash champions in mil creek fixing THEIR mess cause clearly they can not be trused to fix any vehicle properly. I can't fathom how they thought any of this was "professional" or in the slighest up to par. It is ridiculous and concerning to know they "fix" so many vehicles.

My Caliber Collision experience started with Dawn, the Office Manager. Besides being courteous and respectful, she was friendly and engaging, and made sure all my questions were answered. I then dealt with Jeremy, the person who provided me with an estimation of the repairs my car would need. The thoroughness of Jeremy's explanations telling and showing me why specific repairs were needed was greatly appreciated. In fact, Jeremy is the reason why I chose Caliber Collision to repair my car. Throughout the repair process, Jeremy sent me daily updates to let me know what progress was made that day!! Jeremy also went over the completed repairs when I picked up my car. And last, manager of this branch not only gave me a courtesy ride back home after I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision, but he came and picked me up at home to take me to his shop so I could pick up my car. So, overall, my Caliber Collision experience was definitely a 5-STAR experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Snohomish branch of Caliber Collision.
