Never again will I deal with Moses. They miscalculated when I paid. So I owed when I picked them up…read morethe first time. After I had multiple visits back there to have the prescription checked. Yes. They're still not right. I see blurry and get migraines from them. Even after several weeks of adjustment time. And yet, Dr. Albright has all the excuses in the world as to why my glasses aren't helping at all. Actually, they're making my vision worse. I got attitude from all the staff because I had to keep visiting there about this issue. I was even dealing with customer service where she wasn't very professional either. Still, nothing was done to correct the issue. I spent close to $600 on my glasses after my insurance, upgrades and designer frames. And now I'm stuck with them and can't even use them. Oh yeah, might I mention I was supposed to receive a diabetic eye exam while I was there the first time. And they didn't do a thorough one at all. So, now I need to go see my ophthalmologist to get that completed. There's so much miscommunication, and ill equipped staff there. And probably some incompetent people working there as well. Highly suggest taking your time and money somewh else. Moses doesn't care about their customers.

It went away in a few wks. I use my reading glasses much less, as the ones I have now aren't right anyway, but will be perhaps getting new reading glasses for very fine print. I don't have the blasting glare from sun in my eyes to drive during the day, and I think night driving will be ok too, I just haven't done that much of it yet. Went there 2 years ago and found out she was not longer there. Fast forward to today, i was trying to book an appointment to get a basic eye exam and while doing so, I called, the phone rang twice, phone picked up and i was tossed on hold without being asked if it was okay for me to be placed on hold. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

Instead of showing any empathy or understanding, they spoke to me in a condescending and patronizing tone, telling me that I should have planned better and had gotten my glasses updated even though it took 20 phone calls to get my contacts ordered. They made me feel like I was a burden to them and that my situation was insignificant. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and callous the staff member was. Their lack of empathy and understanding was truly shocking, and I was left feeling frustrated and disheartened. But the past two times I visited, I waited a rather long time at each interval of my appointment...a long wait before my consultation with the technician, another long wait before the OD arrived, more waiting for contacts and glasses, etc. I'm patient and they were busy, so it's understandable and I still highly recommend Moses EyeCare to anyone in the area. The receptionist fully explained the contact lens rebate over and over, even though I probably should have figured it out on my own. I'm a reasonably intelligent person, but I'm easily confused by things like income tax forms, Ikea assembly instructions, and money-back rebates, so her efforts are much appreciated. Also, the optical lady miscalculated the total cost of my exam, contacts, and glasses (clearly, I could have easily done the same thing) but the receptionist corrected the mistake. I love my new "everyday" specs, and I also bought a second pair of glasses just for fun, which I'm anxiously waiting to arrive. I don't know anything about the other Moses locations, but I've been very pleased with this located in spite of the long wait and minor goof-ups.

I felt like telling her to just give him your number. When she did get to me she called a family of three all getting their glasses up before me. again with the headache I don't want to wait I inform her and she calls them all back there anyway. when she finally brings me my glasses she puts them down infront of me doesn't sit down to adjust them just tells me to with here and hands me a bag. what am I or my insurance company paying for her to flirt with guys and not even to finish the job. it would have taken me 2 mins to to any adjustments but she tells me I can come back to do them. like I want to come back and watch you flirt with customers. I already had to wait the 30 min for you to stop flurting and get the job done. now I got to do it again. The he eye dr was great definitely needs to hire better help.
