So the problem is solved, but how on earth was i supposed to fix this ahead of my doctor appointment when it is always updated when walking in and checking in...that and my phone does not have a voicemail because it was hacked long ago. She kept complaining and blaming me for this which is unprofessional bec I can't change it.
