Shah Rajendra MD - A clear picture of the separation between the implant and the real fat tissue when leaned slightly forward

From the scars of the breast lift I was hoping Dr. Shah would fix which he did a decent job doing. However, the breast implants were so high up they never dropped. I think I got capsular contraction I don't know but he never told me and he never wanted to fix them or do anything, they were so high profile they never dropped then I started seeing the separation between the breast implants and my real fat tissue just hanging down. It looks absolutely horrific. The sides of my implants are about to explode from the left and the right. And he had the audacity after I had to bring my friend in because she's more outspoken, and like I said, I was just told to keep massaging them like a fool and then go off on my Mary little way back home to massage them, but yes, the audacity to tell me I'll call you back and two hours later he calls me back and tells me he will fix them for $2700/2600 I don't remember (only because she was so outspoken and lifted up her shirt because she had a great boob job and told him don't tell me that her boobs are not supposed to look like this or don't tell me that her boobs are supposed to look the way they do and the nurse knew as well) after I gave him $7500 cash that I had saved, he said to pay the anesthesiology fees and the operating fees, which is BS and I didn't have the money at the time so I just forgot about it, sadly, but it really effed my life up to say the least! It's like really dude how much money do you make how much money are you worth and you're worried about anesthesia and saving operating fees?! He told me just to get massaging them and heres me like a fool, massaging my breasts and just practically laying on my bedroom carpet floor for a couple hours every single day for months, thinking that that would loosen them up, but he had me fooled! How could someone who makes that much money care about $2600 anesthesia fees, and operating room fees when it's clearly obvious that you messed someone's breasts up! And I know the nurse knew that, because he obviously has to bring in a nurse for you know they're only legal reasons anyways, yeah, she totally knew that he effed me up as well, but it was so obvious on her face she couldn't say anything obviously. Once again, it's very unfortunate that someone is willing to lose a patient actually many patients because why would I refer anyone to him after my bad experience and I know a lot of friends who want their boobs done. Too bad so sad just like he told me basically! This was done in 2015 by the way, but I still haven't slept a peaceful night from the discomfort and not having the money to fix them. I may just have to go to the ER and have them ripped out and look like a cancer Patient who had their breast removed due to breast cancer. Terrible, terrible terrible. I'm not quite sure if I would ever go back to this doctor if they ever read this review and are willing to fix my breast at the $2600 quote. And I would definitely take this review down. It's something for me to think about. It's also something for them to think about but that's something they should've done years ago point blank and simple. When someone hands you $7500 cash, continues to come back out of desperation as to why they're not dropping, and they look so high profile horrific and extremely uncomfortable to say the least, I continued to listen to this doctor and just massage massage massage‍ until I then realized I was being fooled and no massaging was going to fix anything. I really don't like leaving bad reviews on anyone to be quite honest, but this is my body and this really traumatized me. Aside from the extreme discomfort. That's all I got! Oh, and I'm sure I'm not sure but I do know I'm going to need a breast lift, as well as new implants. good luck to anyone out there who decides to do any kind of surgery. I guess you know each person is different but I wish I was treated more with dignity not just too bad so sad....

I wish I spent more time reading all the reviews. Unfortunately, they are right. I'll start with…read morewhat went well; two of the waitstaff/nurses were lovely and took the time to answer questions and give feedback. Dr Sayeg on the other hand is about the most unprofessional physician I have ever met, and I am not even exaggerating. TERRIBLE bedside manners. To start, when I came in for the consultation, the attending nurse and Dr Sayed assured me that the swelling from my procedure would heal in a month, which is the only reason why I followed through with it, as my wedding would be a bit over a month after it. The consult consisted of him coming into the office, impatiently asked me to get up, grabbing and tugging at my skin, then saying "you are fine to do it" and then proceeded to leave the room. I started asking a question and he sort of grunted and pointed at the nurse in the room, suggesting she would be answering me. Major red flag, but I went through with it anyway. Well, my surgical procedure was quite traumatic, as I am assuming it was due to me taking longer to respond to the local anesthesia. He came into the surgical room, not a word was said, and he immediately started the procedure. It was extremely painful and when I couldn't handle it anymore, I tried asking him to pause because I was feeling everything, and his response was, "YOU ARE FINE" as he stood above me and continued on. When it was over he left the room and I just laid there, in absolute shock. The nurse noticed my distress and addressed it but that was about it. Minimal instructions were given, and luckily I did a lot of research afterwards. One month passed, and I am still very swollen. I came for my follow up consultation, and got the same cold, sneering impatience from him, and when I asked why I was still swollen when it was promised it would go down within a month, Dr Sayeg and his nurse assured me that it was actually 3 months, and that they never said that. I asked if I could see a different doctor for my second follow up because I know I do not ever want to see this man again, but unfortunately he is their only surgeon. So do it at your own risk, but if I could give you some advice, I would say, save a bit more money, and go somewhere with a more professional doctor.

At that visit he also gave her a new prescription for glasses with only a brief exam (not the traditional exam she had with her previous doctor). Though his explanation for his style of exam made sense, it ended up being so far off that once we got the script filled at Moses Eye Care, she required a new exam and a new script from a second opinion. Back to the whole idea of the surgery... he told us to talk with his receptionist on the way out to schedule the surgery. She told me she doesn't do that and so she gave me a card and handwrote the hospital's surgical center's number at the top. She told me to call the lady named on the business card and schedule the surgery myself. When I called, the hospital laughed at me. They said only doctors can schedule surgeries and I had to go back to Dr Ticho's office to figure it out there. I don't think so! So - we will NOT go back to Dr. Ticho. It doesn't matter how good he is. The office staff was sick and coughing on me and my kids. The office staff was really rude (reason for not getting new lense script filled there) and they tried making me schedule a surgery for my own child (which cannot be done).Waste of time!!
