Unfortunately, I felt that my questions and concerns were not given appropriate attention. The doctor was extremely rude and did not allow me to ask questions or have a proper discussion before the procedure. I was given Radiesse rather than a hyaluronic acid filler. This is a significant difference, particularly because Radiesse cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase in the same way that hyaluronic acid filler can. I believe this is especially important information for a patient to understand before consenting to the procedure. After the procedure, I was unhappy with the result. My nose appeared significantly too large, and my chin looked overly pointy and did not blend naturally with my jawline. In addition, I was left with a noticeable bump on my chin, and the chin appears uneven/asymmetrical rather than smooth and natural. I returned to the office the very next day to express my concerns and hoped to discuss possible options for addressing the result. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed again. Rather than listening to my concerns or discussing the result with me, the doctor simply turned around and walked back into the office. I am also a physician myself, and I understand the importance of patient communication, informed consent, and managing a patient's expectations--particularly when performing an elective cosmetic procedure. Regardless of a physician's opinion of the aesthetic result, a patient should be given the opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and have those concerns addressed respectfully. The way I was treated is not the approach I would expect any physician to take with a patient. For a cosmetic procedure, I believe communication, informed consent, listening to the patient, and addressing concerns are extremely important. I did not feel that I received that level of care or respect during my experience. Based on my experience, I would not return to this practice.

My friend wanted me to accompany her at her first consultation because she was unfamiliar with how things worked with bioidentical Hormone Replacement. They wanted to charge me $250 to sit in on the appointment. They accuse me of trying to get a in on a consultation without paying. This was appalling because I explained to them before the appointment that I have many people I want to refer them to not just for BHRT but also for many other services that they have to offer. My girlfriend was paying them $250 consultation fee but they were so focused on charging me also for their $250 consultation fee just to sit in and be my girlfriend's advocate that my girlfriend and I walked out of the appointment. This place is clearly a money grab! I explained to them that not only will I pay the $250 consultation fee at my appointment I also have many other people to refer them. They didn't care they wanted their fair share. I have never experienced anything like this and I have been doing HRT for 20 years. Also on the way out I walked through their office I got to see the patient rooms and restroom. It looked like a Third World doctors office. The rooms were small, dirty and had old equipment in it. I'm really glad that we walked out and chose not to go to this facility. I noticed that they do have horrible reviews but i'm sure they will get them taken down
