My car was kept all day, but the mileage wasn't "documented" on the inspection. The next day it locked up. Devon came and concluded it was the battery. My car was checked in and out within 24 hours. I was inconvenienced 2 days and ignored when I complained about it. I've bought 2 cars from them. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Subaru serviced at this location. This time, we needed an emissions upgrade installed as a result of a recall notice. We had one little oopsie where, when I showed up, they thought I was dropping off the car, but I had been told the service would take three hours. It is a 90-minute drive each way, and I was by myself, so that was a little precarious. They told me to wait a minute while they sorted things out, which they did to my satisfaction. They gave me a loaner (new Audi, fun!) and sent me on my way. I did need to call a week later to get an update, but I wasn't mad about it, as they had said thru would drive to us to swap the cars back. All told it took a little over a week, as they were short-staffed, but everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We dealt with Phil, Zach, and DD, and one more staff member whose name I forget. They are also honest. We asked for new tires, but they checked and said we didn't need them, instead of making the easy sale. The car was returned washed and cleaned inside and out. As you can see by the picture, they have a nice setup for customers waiting on sales and service, with coffee, sodas, and water. Bring a sweater, though, as the AC is blasting! We will continue to bring Elbereth to MOC as long as we can.

I sat and watched as I waited while several employee walked right passed me without saying a word. Not to mention I was considering upgrading to a Mercedes SUV, but I don't like spending my money where I don't feel appreciated. At least 10 to 15 employees walked passed only 3 or 4 spoke.

The Volvo is a superior product wherever you purchase it, but it's really nice to have a dealership that helps with everything from making sure you get what you want, to helping you with the finance options available. My most recent Volvo is a lease with the Astorg ownership. The paperwork was fast and easy as always whether I purchased or leased. I did get a very good deal because when they have a "special" on their cars, they mean it at this location. He starts having trouble with his vehicle and is unsure as to where to take it as he is unfamiliar with the area. I take to yelp and immediately find this 5 star rating and give these guys a call. While they are quite busy they manage to squeeze my son's vehicle in so that he would not miss work. Here's the thing...they did not charge for the labor or parts!!! This was, at the very least, a $175 job! Gave my son the keys and he was on his way. While I am not an emotional being, I teared up. This was an absolute blessing to come across such an anomaly..honest/mechanic! To top it off, his vehicle runs like new. If I could pick this shop up and put it in Houston, I would!

We couldn't possibly have received any better service than what was given to us. Just an FYI, If you are buying a used vehicle, You have no clue what your getting. You could buy something that is just as good as new with absolutely no problems or you could fall straight into a pile of crap. My suggestion is that if your buying something new, take it out for a test drive and have a good mechanic to check it out for you. It may just save you a lot of money in the long run.
