It has been 23 days,and I called today Monday July 7th when last Monday they said it would be ready today,I called an now they said may be looking at Friday,. By that point Saturday will be 4 weeks,how can a 10 day 35 hour job turn to 4 weeks,assuming I even got it then,bc I have called every week to be told it would be ready the next week. How can a place be that bad it underestimates a job from 10days to going on 4 weeks. I've not had a car at all can't get to work had to quit my job had no way to get back and forth at all,they was working with me when it was supposed to be a week but now they have no option but to replace me at this point,bc I have no real idea when im getting my car. My dad passed away in May,bc my car was stolen,hence why it's in shop,I wasn't there with him when he passed,he lives in Richmond VA,and no his celebration of life is the 12 Sat,and I'm sure won't have car to spread his ashes with my family in VA. I have been without a car for going on 3 months,there is no reason this job should taken this long an every single week I call back it's the next week,at this point they are milking my insurance I'm sure,all while I have to suffer and pay for it,by not being with my dad... Commission only Job which made me work at my best. I was shocked as anyone would b since its in a two story old house. But I didn't let looks deter me away. U could say I was an Internet salesperson. I had to advertise on various groups in different counties on fbook but not in the counties that the other girl did(ex. Putnam, Kanawha). I heard a guy did drive 8hrs one time and didn't even buy the car. So I was hoping that I could reach ppl in the outer counties. But I was met with some hate such as why r u advertising here? But that was in Morgantown and in Berkeley county. So the northern panhandle didn't have any leads for me. The job started as me going up there one day for about two hours and the lady showing me what to say. So when I got home I went to advertising away and writing down everyone I talked to. I did maybe 3 apps a say but I bumped all my groups and worked all day. Some ppl said I was on the phone or iPad too much lol. So they're closed maybe sun n tues I know at least tues. The job on advertising was easy but anytime I'd ask the lazy about a vehicle she said they had problems so it was tough cause ppl ain't going to put in an app if there's not a car they don't want. I even asked for. List of cars that I could sell since that happened a lot. I was also told not to blast the new vehicles that I saw on the fbook page because they hadn't been inspected yet but u could clearly see on the fbook page just not the website and ppl were asking on the fbook page about those cars. On Jan 13 I was called up there and told I was let go because I wasn't getting enough apps in like 15 a day. Well I had no idea I had a quota n also I had only worked a week. I just started. I was disappointed and mad because of it. But it is what it is. Ppl kept asking me about there apps and I told the,what happened . One guy said he out in an app and told his friends too. I did see where his friends commented on my post. He then said something about fraud or scam and thought he should call the irs because they had his info. I never told him to do anything like that but idk if he did. I had to delete so many groups and posts and messages it was time consuming and made me angry at what happened. Idk if I would recommend this place or not. My first car was new and the I used fbook to buy them.

    I recently bought a new 2025 Q5 from out of state in Texas. I really wanted a certain config that…read morewasn't available in Texas so looked at options across the US. The price from Astorg was competitive nationwide. Shipping cost was $1100 and when accounting for the tax benefits of trade in for the closet option in Texas it made it more expensive than buying locally (but we really wanted blue exterior in Premium Plus, and happy to spend a few hundred more for that). I have never bought out of state before and was a little worried about how that would go. Doug aka "Dougie's Buggies" was our sales person and couldn't have been better. He was able to send us a video of the car and give us confidence in doing it remotely. He was responsive and not pushy. We wanted to buy and he didn't try to force us to lease or any of those other games some dealerships play. For financing, Rusty walked us through that over the phone. Very helpful, and made sure we knew about options for extended warranty and Audicare, and more importantly wasn't pushy at all when we declined. The paperwork was fedexed and a 3rd party notary service came to our house. (Nothing to do with Astorg, but general hindsight realization for me was it probably would have been easier just doing the car without co-signing, as both us us had to be home on a weekday during business hours to sign the paperwork.) I was a little worried they would try to change the price or something, especially since this was right around the auto tariff stuff kicking in. They didn't play any games, and paperwork ended up being as expected. We also worked with their concierge (I forgot his name) who was super friendly and setup Audi connect for us over the phone. Really enjoyed working with Doug and everyone at Astorg. I wish Austin Audi dealerships were this good. We seem to have become an Audi family and likely will buy another in the next 5 years, and especially if we need to look out of state Astorg will be a top contender. If we lived locally, it would definitely be where we went.

GREG HOLLAND never ever mentioned this during our negotiations or else I would not put writing this review!! So take note about this crooked Sales Manager at Tim Short Acura he goes by the name GREG HOLLAND but his real name is Mr. Ben Dover!! God, what a breath of fresh air this man was. He was patient, apologetic and gave me a much better feeling about Tim Short Acura. He rectified the problems (to the best of his ability) and was humble, honest and kind. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me and went out of his way to be accessible. While my initial experience wasn't at all 3 star worthy....the end result was much more desirable. Thank you Craig for your fantastic customer service and kindness. It turned an initial 1 star review customer into a 3 star. It also has changed my mind about coming back. I am sarcastic and funny, but I am always honest and I always keep it real. I take reviewing businesses extremely seriously. My mother and father are small business owners and I come from a long line of entrepreneurs. I know just how important customer reviews are. As I was sitting here writing my review, I began to realize that I didn't like how it was going. I am disappointed, angry and frustrated. I was allowing those emotions to undermine my character....and I decided I couldn't do that. That review would have been in the same fashion as the way I was treated by the staff at Tim Short. I'd be stooping to their level and compromising my values. My mother taught me better. So, instead....I will say this. I was treated poorly and was told, in no uncertain terms, that Tim Short Acura pre owned car buyers don't get treated with the same respect and integrity that new car buyers do. I was berated, belittled and yelled at. There isn't a sale in the world that would bring me back into this dealership. The worst part? It was the sales manager that ultimately sealed this 1 star review. I am sorely disappointed. I am reaching out to upper management to see if they want to rectify the issue or not. If they do, I will update my review. If not, well....this will remain.
