I took my car here for an oil change and to check on a vibration in my steering wheel. While I was…read morein the waiting room one of the office employees came out and told me that all four of my wheels were bent! I've never heard of this before so I asked him what that meant. He responded with "it means your wheels are bent!" Okay, thanks That's super helpful. What I was wanting to know was how does this happen, are the tires affected, is the axel affected, how is this fixed?...thing like that. None of which were answered by "it means your wheels are bent." I'm a nurse and if I told a patient they had pericarditis and they asked what that was I would never respond with "It means you have pericarditis!" When I clarified my question he told me they could balance my tires and that could "either make it better or much much worse." Um, okay....is that the only option? It's the only option he gave me so that's what they did. While I was waiting I called a friend of mine who works with car. He explained the situation better to me and I then understood what a big problem this could be! After a while the same guy came out and told me they were done with my car. Just like that?! I asked the guy if it was really fixed and he said it was. I told him I was driving to Nebraska in a few days and voiced my concern about getting there safely. He seemed annoyed that I kept asking questions and told me I could talk to the mechanic. The one helpful thing he did do was give me a phone number for Bent Wheel Solutions and told me to have the number "in case I needed it." WHAT?! Is it fixed or not? I then spoke to the mechanic who also told me it was totally fixed. He told me he drove my car on the interstate and brought it to 80 mph and it was fine. Again I said I was driving to Nebraska and needed to know if I would get there safely. He said I would. After that I drove off not AT ALL feeling assured of a safe trip to Nebraska. As soon as I got home I made an appointment at Bent Wheel Solutions. Long story short they told me the tire rotation did nothing and all four wheels needed to be fixed. They told me best case scenario I would have made it to NE but my wheel would have been shaking badly, worst case scenario one or more tires would have blown and I could have been in an accident. I'm so disappointed in the fact that the employees either didn't understand the problem or simply didn't care about my safety.

WARNING: Exercise Extreme Caution with Moses Dealerships…read more I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Moses Dealerships, particularly Moses Downtown, to protect other potential buyers. What I believed was a reputable West Virginia dealership proved to be anything but trustworthy. My daughter, in search of a reliable vehicle to replace her problematic Subaru, found what appeared to be the perfect car - a white 2015 Toyota RAV4. The vehicle seemed immaculate: one owner, only 31,000 miles, and a clean Carfax report. Our salesperson, Cameron, showed us a vehicle that appeared to be in pristine condition and drove beautifully. We told the dealership multiple times why we were buying a new car - because her current one was so unreliable and costly with all its problems and recalls. They reassured us this car would be a reliable one. This was her first car purchase and her first car loan, so already she was extremely nervous. However, just SIX days after purchase and financing through the dealership, the nightmare began. The paint began peeling off - a serious issue that we later discovered was subject to an open recall, information the dealership conveniently failed to disclose to us. The car will eventually lose all of its paint due to the recall - leaving it with zero value The timing is particularly suspicious given that the vehicle had been traded in merely two weeks before our purchase, it seems highly likely the dealership was aware of the paint issue, attempted a quick fix, and deliberately sold it without disclosure. When confronted, Meredith, the head sales manager, told me the executive Moses Group refused to offer any type of compensation. This dealership appears to prey on first-time buyers. We explained that my daughter had to drive 6.5 hours to come purchase the car, take off work, and her credit dropped 50 points from the dealership running a hard check. This dealership offered no remorse. I urge all potential car buyers to avoid Moses Dealerships. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I feel obligated to post this warning every month to prevent others from falling victim to similar practices. I will be reaching out to local news stations to share my story. I will not take this review down until Moses offers compensation. McCormick, he turned a Honda lover into Toyota lover. He offered to help step up all the technology, which was fairly simple. He was awesome enough to place my tags on my new car and filled up my gas tank. He went out of his way with the fueling, it was after business and he paid. We did the business Friday night. I drove alll weekend and Monday, he was nice enough to check to see how everything was going. If you are in need of a new car William J. McCormick is the 1 to see!!
