Many times I have brought my cars in and they easily could have told me to replace this or that just to get the business. Instead they give you an honest assessment and tell you what they would do if it was their car. They are also competitive with pricing. The only drawback is that since the service department is not as big as it once was, you definitely need to call ahead to see if they can fit you in or make an appointment. They do offer the ability to drop off a car overnight so it can get worked on first thing in the morning.

I went last month to see how much it would cost to get my rear differential oil changed and they estimated $700.... I went to Mr. Tire (used to be Appalachian tire) in Hurricane, WV- they charged $127. There is no way that it could've possibly been $700, and online the estimate states that it would be maybe $250. This place is sexist in my opinion and up-charges women who they think don't know what they're doing. Don't go here if you're a woman or if you're man in general.
