I've been in the business before, and it was refreshing to have the demo and purchase process feel just like "old days"; professional, friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable and helpful to my needs. His business model appears to allows him to select the best used cars from auctions, perform necessary repairs, and then be able to offer them at a very competitive price. Carfax reports were included. Even though my deal didn't follow through, due to my time schedules, Evan remained professional, understanding, and helpful to the end. I recommend anyone to first look at his cars, then compare with others, and I'll bet you'll return to Evans Used Cars for your purchase. I'm sure I will.

I am a travel nurse and they have cost me 1000's of dollars with me missing work and I had to pay for a rental out of my pocket. They called me every day wanting me to buy this truck and I wondered why the first owner hand picked this truck and paid 64000 for it to trade it in at 32000 miles. I am very unhappy with my whole buying experience now with this place and I am looking into a lawyer because I shouldn't be without a vehicle this many times as I have with in the first 90 days of my purchase. Can anyone help with what I should do next.

Our salesman's name was Chris and in my opinion, this man went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was as easy, smooth as possible. This is the sole opinion of my husband and I. We couldn't possibly have received any better service than what was given to us. Just an FYI, If you are buying a used vehicle, You have no clue what your getting. You could buy something that is just as good as new with absolutely no problems or you could fall straight into a pile of crap. My suggestion is that if your buying something new, take it out for a test drive and have a good mechanic to check it out for you. It may just save you a lot of money in the long run. Anyway, As for my very first new car and one of the best salesmen at Walker Chevrolet (Nitro, Wv) lot, Chris, you were the absolute best and although my next purchase there will be a used one, there's nobody that will ever take your place. So you keep on keeping on. Your friends & Customers Always, Tiffany and Jay Isner

They look good from the street but upon closer inspection, many have had or need some body work or the interior needs a lot of work (i.e.: headliners that are stained and held up with screws, 65k mile trucks having serious wear on the seats, 2009 trucks having torn seats and cracked instrument clusters). Also looked at a 2013 truck that had a stability control malfunction warning light illuminated on the dash. Prices for their vehicles seem to be pretty high for the presented conditions. I won't rate them lower simply because they may be great to work with, but their price points and presentation could definitely use some fine tuning.
