The timing belt on my car had broken, and they quoted me a price of $1200-$1300, and said that this price was "worst case scenario" and that it would only be this much if ALL of the valves would need replaced. I called the following week to check on it and was told they were not able to get to it yet. This was the answer I got every time I called for nearly a month, and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to answer the phone. When I finally did get my vehicle back, I was charged nearly $1700 ($400 more than the original quote) even though they only replaced ONE of the valves. I feel that I was totally ripped off. Plus the check engine light is still on, and it is leaking oil. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!
