When I was driving to work early one morning, my transmission seemed to be getting rather hesitant and, for lack of a better term, "grabby." After work the problem had gotten MUCH worse, and I was lucky that my car even GOT me to Link Automotive. Since they couldn't get to my car until the next day, they were kind enough to give me a courtesy drive home. The next day they called to tell me that a couple of transmission cooling lines had to be replaced. I authorized the repairs, they ordered the parts, and a couple of days later my car was driving just fine. They explained that one cooling line had completely rusted through and the other was almost as bad, so I had lost most of my transmission fluid. Worst case scenario was needing a new transmission, but fortunately that was not necessary. So I HIGHLY recomment Link Automative should you ever need transmission work done.

i had an engine put in my car in sept '15 because i had blown up the stock engine and needed a…read morerepair. they were GREAT when it was something that they got money out of. they claimed to have a 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty, if anything went wrong, they would fix it for free. well, 4 months, 5,000 miles later, the same 'knocking' in my engine that happened to the first motor before it blew up, started again. i called up there and they told me to drop it off the next morning. it was the friday before christmas when i dropped it off. throughout the process, we stayed in touched, but only when I would call THEM. so, for the next month, it was me calling them and them telling me lies and giving me false dates on when it would be ready. i was told four different times when to call back and how it should be done, "no later than _____." it was all a bunch of BS. after i talked to the owner, Okey Graley, and he told me to call back on a certain day if i hadn't heard from them yet, i called and talked to a very rude man who acted as if he didn't want to be there, and had no care in the world about a concerned customer, trying to find out about their car. this man hung up the phone on me, mid-sentence, after telling me i needed to talk to the owner. I called back, fed up and furious at this point, said choice words, and as i was about to hang up, this man said, "I would be careful to how you talk to me. Remember, we are the ones fixing your car, ya know." how professional, sling a THREAT at a customer, who is just taking advantage of the WARRANTY they CLAIMED they had, trying to get on the road again. I am a college student and a part time employee, and this car is something i rely on day in and day out. my dad went up to their garage that sits behind their house, to talk to these people. Okie Graley came out, and was yelling and cussing and telling my dad to get off his lot, it was private property. my dad was just trying to do exactly as i was trying to do, find out when I'd get my car back. after they disrespect my dad and his profession, my dad finally got a day to when it would be done. i get a call, almost 5 weeks after i dropped it off, saying my car is ready. They left my car in front of the owner's house, on the side of a fairly busy road, at night, with my car key on the windshield wiper. how unprofessional? avoided all contact with me, and wouldn't even speak to me in person, let alone apologize for all the trouble and chaos they created. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ANYBODY ELSE WHO SAYS THEY ARE TAKING THEIR CAR TO THIS PLACE, DON'T. Horrible people to do business with, and it is not worth all of the stress, headache, and anger dealing with them. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES, OWNER, AND BUSINESS ALTOGETHER.
