This work was done on 4/28/2026. It is 6/12/2026 and the welds failed and the exhaust needs to be rewelded. When I called and spoke with them the gentleman who answered the phone said that he would repair it for free however I am many many miles away and that is unrealistic. He gave me the owners phone number. I called him and explained the situation. I asked for a refund on the repair, he then accused me of being rude and yelling at him, I did not do either of those things. He said that if I send him photos of the failed weld he would work with me as long as I am not rude. I was not rude in the first place and I was explaining to him in a very calm and even tone that I was not trying to be rude and was just explaining the situation to him, He hung up on me. I believe they knew I was an out of towner and didn't take the time and effort to do the repairs correctly or adequately. I do not recommend this business.

They did not notify me they were delivering my car and when they did, they left it blocking my garage door. The vehicle has a broken wheel and can not be moved out of the way of the garage. The driver could not have found a worse place to leave it on my 22,000 SQ Ft of pavement which includes 3 designated parking areas. It looks like he tried to hit the smallest parking area but missed the back side of the parking pad by 15' and left the car hanging out and blocking a garage door. 15' further back would have been perfect, it's a shame they delivered the car over 200 miles and missed by 15'. She was traveling alone from college in Kentucky, home to Maine, and encountered a flat tire on the highway in Barboursville. I called various wreckers and got nowhere, until I called the kindest woman at A-1 Wrecker Service. She sent a wrecker out to my daughter and even told me the best place to get a new tire. A-1 Wrecker had someone out to my daughter within 15 minutes! From our daughter's frightened call to being back on the road took only 1.5 hours (shout-out to the amazing NTB in Barboursville, as well!), which is simply amazing. I can't speak highly enough of this dude…read more I was driving through West Virginia when sensors in my truck started acting up and trigger engine power reduction. I was about to slowly get off the highway, and as I came to the exit, I saw a Chevy Dealership within reach, but as I tried to force my truck over there, my truck completely died. I pushed and pulled my truck into the parking lot of the Paul White Dealership, but their service center refused to help me. They suggested I tow my truck 15 miles to the next closest Chevy dealership. It was 4 pm in the afternoon. I needed to get to Asheville, NC that night. I googled around and found Riverside Service Center. I called them up. They said they were closing at 4:30, but they could tow my truck over the river if I need their help. I realized they were my best option. At 4:30, I got nervous. Stan and tow truck still wasn't there. I was afraid he'd called it a day and forgot about me, but back then, I didn't know Stan. If I knew Stan like I do now, I wouldn't have been nervous. Just before five, he came around the corner and picked up my truck. He stayed late and worked fast. He quickly got a sensor ordered and replaced to get me back on the road within an hour. I was amazed, and I still am incredibly grateful for his help. Have an issue with your car? Go see Stan!
