I have not worked with them on a business level but after looking at a few of their trucks for…read morepotential purchase, I left disappointed. They look good from the street but upon closer inspection, many have had or need some body work or the interior needs a lot of work (i.e.: headliners that are stained and held up with screws, 65k mile trucks having serious wear on the seats, 2009 trucks having torn seats and cracked instrument clusters). Also looked at a 2013 truck that had a stability control malfunction warning light illuminated on the dash. Prices for their vehicles seem to be pretty high for the presented conditions. I won't rate them lower simply because they may be great to work with, but their price points and presentation could definitely use some fine tuning.

If you're tired of used car lots that feel more like sketchy blind dates ("she runs great!"…read more*spoiler: she doesn't*), then let me introduce you to L & L Auto Sales, where the experience is refreshingly drama-free--and dare I say, enjoyable? We recently bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot from them (we've named her Em, and she's thriving). From the moment we set foot on the lot, we could tell this place was different. No pressure. No gimmicks. Just rows of solid options and a staff that treats you like a person, not a sales target. The selection was impressive--something for just about every budget and taste, whether you're looking for your next road trip companion or your teen's first set of wheels (which we are, soon!). What really won us over, though, was the transparency. The owner and staff were upfront about each vehicle's history--what had been repaired and what to keep an eye on. The buying process was smooth, relaxed, and dare I say, kind of fun? No drawn-out back-and-forth, no mysterious "let me talk to my manager" trips to the back office. Just clear communication, fair pricing, and the kind of honest conversation you wish every dealership had. With our teenage son set to start driving later this year, we already know where we'll be heading: right back to L & L Auto. If you're in the market for a used car and want an experience that feels like a handshake instead of a hustle, this is your place.

D&D Auto Center…read more Donnie and Danielle Firstly, I was recommended this shop by another customer of theirs. Secondly, they are trustworthy and actually will fix your car! I've had my vehicle here for several years issues, both minor and major. Recently, I had to have a full engine replacement due cylinder and piston damage, and I had a vehicle service contract to fight through to cover repairs. Both Donnie and Danielle jumped through hoops to get this huge, time consuming claims process as well as the actual repair to get this job and my vehicle to the finish line, advocating for their customer along the way. 10/10. Exemplary customer service, fair transparent pricing, an honest mechanic, and a small business. D&D Auto center will continue to be my go-to for any and all auto repairs, big and small.

When I was driving to work early one morning, my transmission seemed to be getting rather hesitant and, for lack of a better term, "grabby." After work the problem had gotten MUCH worse, and I was lucky that my car even GOT me to Link Automotive. Since they couldn't get to my car until the next day, they were kind enough to give me a courtesy drive home. The next day they called to tell me that a couple of transmission cooling lines had to be replaced. I authorized the repairs, they ordered the parts, and a couple of days later my car was driving just fine. They explained that one cooling line had completely rusted through and the other was almost as bad, so I had lost most of my transmission fluid. Worst case scenario was needing a new transmission, but fortunately that was not necessary. So I HIGHLY recomment Link Automative should you ever need transmission work done.
