Told them about the tire and they took a look and said "We'll take care of you" and they did. Awesome the were opened the AM of Christmas Eve (they close at 11am) so I could get this taken care of. No coffee or waiting area but seems like a good little shop. I was in and out for this job in 30-45 mins. Perfect for this tire repair service that I needed. Patched tire, not plugged, and mounted it back on for $15 for my type of car. Would use them again.

When my husband went inside the salesman AARON was sitting in his office with the light out. I guess that should have been an indication he didn't want to be bothered. When my husband told him why we were there the first words out of his mouth was "did you buy it here?" My husband told him it is a certified pre owned so we could take it to any Cadillac dealer. This man was rude and had a terrible attitude. All I needed was a little help but I certainly didn't get it. He was so rude to me and he seemed like he was mad about something. I told him he was being rude. His reply was that I was there asking for his help and I called him a jerk. It went from bad to worse. I told him I was going to call the manager and Cadillac, he said to call whoever I wanted. He also told us not to step in his door again and called my husband a nasty vulgar name as he walked away. I've never been treated like that before. AARON is a rude angry man. If he tries to help you I would suggest you walk away. I was excited to get help with a couple of thing on my new car but I left with no help and angry. I have complained to management and to my knowledge nothing was done about this. As the usual salesman is, he was looking out for himself than anyone else and once the deal was made he was very hands off and didn't care very much. During the test drive, I noticed that it wasn't too smooth stopping. The sales person indicated that it hadn't been driven in a while and that's common. I was skeptical, but I believed him. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the truck shook vigorously at when stopping at increased speeds. I emailed the salesperson and he said to bring it in so they can look at it. After I brought it in, I was asked if I had been riding the truck hard because the brakes and rotors were shot. WHAT!? I've had the truck for less than a week and I'm asked if I personally did this?? I was outraged. Jason indicated that they would take care of me. During my wait, the tech came in and told me he took a test drive and was curious how the rotors were bad because he just had turned them. SO, the dealership KNEW that the brakes and rotors were bad from the beginning and didn't want to tell me. After all was said and done, they would not cover the cost of the brakes and rotors even though it was their fault. This dealership and the sales people/management that work their are dirty and I do not suggest having service or purchasing a car from there.

They did not notify me they were delivering my car and when they did, they left it blocking my garage door. The vehicle has a broken wheel and can not be moved out of the way of the garage. The driver could not have found a worse place to leave it on my 22,000 SQ Ft of pavement which includes 3 designated parking areas. It looks like he tried to hit the smallest parking area but missed the back side of the parking pad by 15' and left the car hanging out and blocking a garage door. 15' further back would have been perfect, it's a shame they delivered the car over 200 miles and missed by 15'. Had they offered me the courtesy of a simple phone call, I would have been available to show the driver where I wanted the car

She was traveling alone from college in Kentucky, home to Maine, and encountered a flat tire on the highway in Barboursville. I called various wreckers and got nowhere, until I called the kindest woman at A-1 Wrecker Service. She sent a wrecker out to my daughter and even told me the best place to get a new tire. A-1 Wrecker had someone out to my daughter within 15 minutes! From our daughter's frightened call to being back on the road took only 1.5 hours (shout-out to the amazing NTB in Barboursville, as well!), which is simply amazing. When Sara got home, she said that she had encountered the nicest, kindest people that she had ever met, so I really wanted to thank you all. Thank you for taking care of our girl when she needed it.
