Midway Ford's "lounge" room is pretty mid with its dusty coffee shelf, Krusty Keurig and mismatched seats. Not the way I'd go next time. The service was fine, but like most dealerships, I lost my shirt and even a layer of my own skin on the labor rates. The lady who answers the phone is professional and polished - so much so that it's almost frightening. So the "change oil soon" light comes on yesterday on my F-150 Lariat and I've got a 6 hour drive home Sunday. And I like to take care of my truck. Midway Ford worked me right in today for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Super friendly people, from the service group to the ladies in the checkout area. Nice clean shop (and waiting area). Awesome sales guy as well. Right near the aisle coming into the showroom and in front of the (Awesome) custom Bronco. I'd buy a truck from him any day! Relatively quick service especially since they worked me in. Excellent value, and it's genuine Ford service. Highly recommended and I would definitely use these guys all the time if I lived up here.

An update: Still have yet to hear from Hurricane Chevrolet but I took my car to a dealer in…read morePennsylvania who showed me their schedule and said it was unlikely they would have time to look at it before the twelfth but they would try. I got a phone call yesterday saying they had fixed my car! There was a bunch of air in the clutch line which means the people at Hurricane Chevrolet did not bleed the clutch once they put it back together. It took this dealership in Pennsylvania less than twenty-four hours to look at my car and fix the problem, much quicker than Hurricane Chevrolet, and it was a problem caused by the Hurricane dealership. Do not take your car to Hurricane Chevrolet, unless you want a half-ass job that will result in the problem being prolonged.

My daughter was stranded on a flooded road with her 2-year-old son, already dealing with a frightening and stressful situation. Hurricane Wrecker Service was literally LESS THAN TWO MINUTES AWAY from where her vehicle was located, and the car needed to be towed less than half a mile. Jason initially quoted her $500. YES, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to tow a vehicle less than half a mile! What makes this even more upsetting is that the price suddenly changed after a man questioned him about it. I'll let that speak for itself. And let's talk about the woman working at the front desk. Rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If you're going to be the first person customers encounter, especially when they're already dealing with an emergency, a little compassion and basic customer service should be the bare minimum. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable, and she should not be representing any business in that manner. The way both my daughter and I were treated was beyond disappointing. Instead of showing compassion or professionalism, we were met with attitudes and disrespect. In fact, the experience was SO awful that I contacted another towing company and willingly paid MORE money just to avoid giving Hurricane Wrecker Service my business. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. When someone is stranded with a small child in a dangerous situation, the last thing they need is to feel taken advantage of or disrespected by the very people they're calling for help. The employee (I believe his name was Aaron) was super helpful. I thought the headlight would be easy enough to change on our own, but it wasn't. It was on the side where the battery was and it needed to be somewhat taken apart to change the bulb. The AutoZone employee we got did whatever he could to get us back up and running for our drive home! Thank you!!!
