The employee (I believe his name was Aaron) was super helpful. I thought the headlight would be easy enough to change on our own, but it wasn't. It was on the side where the battery was and it needed to be somewhat taken apart to change the bulb. The AutoZone employee we got did whatever he could to get us back up and running for our drive home! Thank you!!!

the Hurricane Walmart tire center is the biggest joke of tire center I have ever seen! I took my…read moresons car there to get 4 tires put on and at first everything was good, we worked up what I needs and and he said no problem, it would be an hour or two. I left to take my son out to eat but 5 minutes later they called and said the couldn't change the tires unless we bought all new lug nuts. I thought that was excessive but we went looking for lug nuts, after calling and running to every parts store in the area, we could only come up with 14 lug nuts, thinking of course they could salvage 6 nuts to reuse out of all the old nut is reasonable. they refused to change all 4 tires and wouldn't even try to reuse any nuts wouldn't even take the wheel off until I had all new nuts! I was told by all the auto parts stores in the area that the Hurricane Walmart does that to everyon, sending them on wild goose chases and costing people way more money than they wanted to spend, not to mention all the gas I ran out looking for parts I did not need. in the end, there was nothing wrong with my lug nuts but they would only change two tires. they are all incompetent as well as the manager! they are full of fight and excuses ad I would not recommend ever taking a vehicle there. this place should be closed down!

By far the worst experience I've had at any tire shop. Went in to get a tire patched and they told…read moreme I would be in and out in 90 minutes. After 90 minutes they finally took my car back. After 20 minutes of watching the tech on my dash cam just continue to stuff his face instead of work. Meaning after almost 2 hours I was still gonna have to wait for them to do the actual work. I finally told them to give me my keys and left. I've taken cars there for years but I will never be going back there again. Clearly they have lost their work ethic.

Midway Ford's "lounge" room is pretty mid with its dusty coffee shelf, Krusty Keurig and mismatched seats. Not the way I'd go next time. The service was fine, but like most dealerships, I lost my shirt and even a layer of my own skin on the labor rates. The lady who answers the phone is professional and polished - so much so that it's almost frightening. I'll be back once the world ends and my buddy's frozen turkey legs are the only food sources left.

So the "change oil soon" light comes on yesterday on my F-150 Lariat and I've got a 6 hour drive home Sunday. And I like to take care of my truck. Midway Ford worked me right in today for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Super friendly people, from the service group to the ladies in the checkout area. Nice clean shop (and waiting area). Awesome sales guy as well. Right near the aisle coming into the showroom and in front of the (Awesome) custom Bronco. I'd buy a truck from him any day! Relatively quick service especially since they worked me in. Excellent value, and it's genuine Ford service. Highly recommended and I would definitely use these guys all the time if I lived up here.
