After 20 minutes of watching the tech on my dash cam just continue to stuff his face instead of work. Meaning after almost 2 hours I was still gonna have to wait for them to do the actual work. I finally told them to give me my keys and left. I've taken cars there for years but I will never be going back there again. Clearly they have lost their work ethic.

Instead, they refused to fix it or refund money for work that wasn't done. I'm also concerned about the legality of issuing an inspection sticker without the vehicle fully passing, as that may violate West Virginia Code §17C-16-7. They are to replace the front seal of the timing cover because it was leaking oil which I was told two days ago that the seal was almost finished. It also has a severe antifreeze leak approximately a gallon every day and half. The service dept said the cause of the antifreeze leak is still unknown and would be evaluated more once the seal is fixed. I have been told by the service Department that they only have one technician. and it sounds like he is overwhelmed and only able to work on the truck at intervals. We were provided a rental car two days ago however we need a truck and was told they don't provide a truck. this has left us in severe hardship.
