After 20 minutes of watching the tech on my dash cam just continue to stuff his face instead of work. Meaning after almost 2 hours I was still gonna have to wait for them to do the actual work. I finally told them to give me my keys and left. I've taken cars there for years but I will never be going back there again. Clearly they have lost their work ethic.

I'm also concerned about the legality of issuing an inspection sticker without the vehicle fully passing, as that may violate West Virginia Code §17C-16-7. The service was fine, but like most dealerships, I lost my shirt and even a layer of my own skin on the labor rates. So the "change oil soon" light comes on yesterday on my F-150 Lariat and I've got a 6 hour drive home Sunday. And I like to take care of my truck. Midway Ford worked me right in today for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Super friendly people, from the service group to the ladies in the checkout area. Nice clean shop (and waiting area). Awesome sales guy as well. Right near the aisle coming into the showroom and in front of the (Awesome) custom Bronco. I'd buy a truck from him any day! Relatively quick service especially since they worked me in. Excellent value, and it's genuine Ford service. Highly recommended and I would definitely use these guys all the time if I lived up here.

Lady that works up front is very rude and has an attitude. So here's the deal. They failed my inspection on my vehicle. The vehicle which I have been driving around for two years with no issues ever of getting it inspected. My window tint is 35% and they said they put their meter on it and it was at 34%. Give me a break. 1%, who do you think you are? You're not making the roads safer because of a 1% percent difference on window tint. Get over yourself. I also had to pay 11$ for the rejection sticker, do people still reject cars these days? Most places at least have the decency to keep your existing sticker on but not this shit hole. Also, I'm pretty sure they spit on my tire too. Terrible place. Spare yourself and don't go there.
