They open at 8, nobody showed up until 10 after 8. I went inside where the waiting area is an absolute disaster. I seen someone was inside the garage so I knocked 3 times and was ignored. I guess they were still in neutral for the morning. read more

I called with a noisy exhaust. They said to come right over. They put the car on the lift, checked the exhaust. Cut out a small piece and welded in a new piece. I was there less than 30 min. $50 and tax for the repair. read more

BOTTOM LINE...... I highly recommend Quality Exhaust & Breaks! I first came to know Quality Exhaust years ago. I brought my car in because the muffler was rattling. They took it right in, welded it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. He told me to come back if I needed anything else. Fast forward to today. My rear break pads needed changing and so did my rotors. Got there as soon as they opened and there was already a ton of people. Told them what I needed and they said we don't usually do breaks on Saturday but go ahead and leave it. Got a call about 1:30 pm that they were done. $279 later I got new pads and rotors on my 2017 Highlander Hybrid. They are always friendly, inexpensive, honest and they do great work. My first experience with this place 9 years ago was a great one. They were fast courteous and very nice. Today I called to find out how much money I needed to bring to get my exhaust fixed (the pipe is literally hanging off of the car) and was quoted the price to just patch it. I told the person I was pretty sure I needed an entire new part. I was told to just "bring it in". I'm having to borrow the money to get this done and as I said, the pipe is hanging off of the car! I can't leave there without getting it done. When I informed them of this, they said they didn't know what I was talking about and started to get condescending. I explained but used the wrong (but similar) word for the part. He then got very condescending and rude. Finally gave me a price but I don't even want to deal with them now. Sorry I already knew what was wrong, dude. Haven't had my coffee yet so I forgot the part name. Sounded like he needed some serious caffeine too, and some manners! read more
