When our tires would last a while longer, they told us. When they were shot, they let us know how long we had left before we'd be on the side of the road without a tire. They also let us know of things that needed to be fixed that we hadn't been aware of, and showed us the proof, instead of just just trying to sell us on it. They also kept true to their estimates. They quoted us a price on a repair, then their supplier charged them significantly more for the part. Instead of passing that cost on to us, they charged us what they had originally quoted us. The manager/owner in particular is dedicated and great guy to work with. Recommended these guys to everyone I could, and if I ever find myself in Huntington with a problem they could fix, I would not hesitate to see them again.

One Star Because Zero Isn't an Option…read more I've been a loyal customer at Tireland for decades--my entire family has. But after my recent experience, I wouldn't trust them to rotate a tire, let alone touch my car again. I brought my spotless, well-maintained 10-year-old vehicle in for an alignment. They told me the lower control arm was bad--fine, I asked for a quote and agreed to bring it back the next day. But then they lowered my car, parked it just outside the bay, and the mechanic immediately started blowing out the shop with an air hose. He coated my car in brake dust and filth--right after the front desk woman had just complimented how clean it was. I calmly expressed concern and asked if they planned to clean it before I left. The mechanic lazily wiped a window and ran the wipers. That was the extent of the cleanup. Then, without warning, the woman comes outside, tells me I have an attitude, hands me a $20 bill to go wash my car, and tells me to leave the lot and never come back. I was stunned. I did nothing but respectfully speak up about damage they caused. This wasn't just unprofessional--it was insulting and absurd. After a lifetime of loyalty and countless referrals, I'm done. Whatever Tireland used to be, it's not that anymore. Their customer service is non-existent, their respect for people's property is worse, and if this is how they treat long-term customers, I can't imagine how they treat new ones. Avoid at all costs. Edit, The owners response is a complete and total lie. There was nothing aggressive in my mannerisms or conduct. Any arm waving was me pointing at the dirt and holding my hands out as in, wtf! States she has video, I urge her to post it so you can be the judge. Nasty and unprofessional person. Update! Here is a voicemail transcript from the lady at tireland. The post stays up, she shouldn't be a jerk to her customers. This will teach her. Screenshot of my voicemail page for proof. Steve everyone has told me not to contact you but I want to contact you to tell you just in case I perceived a good person as a bad person. I wanted to tell you why several years ago when I worked at the hospital I was confronted by a patient in a parking lot. He had been upset inside and I got scared today, and I'm sorry if I overreacted. I don't care if you keep your social media post up, but I just wanted to tell you that because it was on my heart. And that's all I have to say. Bye.

This problem was so mysterious that neither Roger nor I could even lateralize the problem at first. But this is where Roger was different. He wouldn't quit. He wouldn't give up. This mechanic worked on my vehicle for hours trying to figure it out and kept me involved in each step of the process. It was his resilience and determination that was truly amazing. And he did not even charge me for the extra time involved. I was shocked but his answer made me realize just what kind of mechanic Roger was. He said that he just loved cars. They way he works and the passion he puts behind any car he works on proves just how much he means that. His prices are far too reasonable for the work he puts into the vehicle. He is beyond knowledgeable and efficient with his work. Roger is the mechanic I will come back to whenever my car needs any sort of servicing because with Roger, I know the job will be done with the utmost level of care. You can't ask for more than that from your mechanic.

We've never dealt here before today, and we weren't sure what to expect from the place. We dropped the car off and told them we needed the tire patched. The employee was clear and concise about what needed done, asking questions to ensure everything was correct. After confirming our request, he told us that it would be a 2 hour wait, but they were packed so we understood the wait. After walking back from the mall, we sat inside and waited for a few minutes, chatting with another customer and with the employee stationed inside. We talked about needed new tires in a few months, and he informed us that he would beat the price of any tire we found, local or online (so long as they are new not used). What a great deal! We found out the the tire needed two patches, not just one. Turns out I hit a patch of screws, not just one as I had believed. If it weren't for their good observation, I'd have had to come back again for a fix. All in all, great customer service and a great business practice. This place has earned two new customers.
