This time, we needed an emissions upgrade installed as a result of a recall notice. We had one little oopsie where, when I showed up, they thought I was dropping off the car, but I had been told the service would take three hours. It is a 90-minute drive each way, and I was by myself, so that was a little precarious. They told me to wait a minute while they sorted things out, which they did to my satisfaction. They gave me a loaner (new Audi, fun!) and sent me on my way. I did need to call a week later to get an update, but I wasn't mad about it, as they had said thru would drive to us to swap the cars back. All told it took a little over a week, as they were short-staffed, but everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We dealt with Phil, Zach, and DD, and one more staff member whose name I forget. They are also honest. We asked for new tires, but they checked and said we didn't need them, instead of making the easy sale. The car was returned washed and cleaned inside and out. As you can see by the picture, they have a nice setup for customers waiting on sales and service, with coffee, sodas, and water. Bring a sweater, though, as the AC is blasting! We will continue to bring Elbereth to MOC as long as we can.

The exact same parts. Nothing different. Why would the price difference be so different and why would it break that easy when I do nothing to my heater. I went last month to see how much it would cost to get my rear differential oil changed and they estimated $700.... I went to Mr. Tire (used to be Appalachian tire) in Hurricane, WV- they charged $127. There is no way that it could've possibly been $700, and online the estimate states that it would be maybe $250. This place is sexist in my opinion and up-charges women who they think don't know what they're doing. Don't go here if you're a woman or if you're man in general.

You always hear those horror stories of the salesmen taking advantage of you. You end up paying way more for your new vehicle than you anticipated. We prepped ourselves with what not to do advice. We did our homework this time. We knew what we wanted. Stuck to our guns and we walked out of there with exactly what we came in for! Sal, our salesman, was extremely professional with a heart for family! We came in with our two very young kiddos, do not recommend, however, Sal was so very patient and informative. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't want and he listened to our needs. After we test drove the vehicle we came in for, with baby car seats installed and all, he gave us his card and number. Sal worked all the behind the scenes details with the financing for us. We knew this was the right place for us. We scheduled to meet the next day, and after a short time, Sal handed us the keys to our brand new vehicle! The process was so simple and straightforward. We didn't feel swindled or rushed. Bonus, Lester Raines loves his animals! My daughter and son were so excited to see birds while we were there. They got a sweet snack from their break room, and even got to sit in small child sized chairs and watch cartoons in their kids zone. We absolutely recommend this business, and Sal!! They were great and we are very happy we chose Lester Raines!!
