Not a big issue, but it's worth noting. What I didn't exactly like about my visit was the mark-up on parts. They charged me $39.99 for both a serpentine belt (it costed $17.99 at Advanced Auto) and a belt pulley ($20.29). They essentially charged me double for parts. I can understand a 5-15% mark-up, but double the price? Not cool. I will say that they are very quick with their work and the lady working the desk was very nice and cordial, but it's doubtful I'll be coming back.

They took it right in, welded it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me anything. He told me to come back if I needed anything else. Fast forward to today. My rear break pads needed changing and so did my rotors. Got there as soon as they opened and there was already a ton of people. Told them what I needed and they said we don't usually do breaks on Saturday but go ahead and leave it. Got a call about 1:30 pm that they were done. $279 later I got new pads and rotors on my 2017 Highlander Hybrid. They are always friendly, inexpensive, honest and they do great work. I would only use them.

Around noon they took lunch and came back around 1pm. The guy working the cash register came out and told me that they couldn't get me in today. I questioned him about it because I was next on the list. Well he stated that I had left so he put someone else in my spot whenever I was sitting in the lobby the whole time. I brought that up to him and he kept denying that I was there waiting whenever he had walked past me about 5-6 times during my wait. But he ended up becoming rude after realizing he was in the wrong, so I got rude and was told to leave. I will never be going to this place again as long as he still works there.

I also love this shop because, even though I'm a woman, they don't treat me like a complete idiot about cars (I'm a car nut and engineer). And when they tell me there's a problem, before they do any work they'll show me the problem, we can talk through what it is, we can discuss different options, and it's completely no pressure. Oddly enough, it makes me so much more willing to let them take good care of the cars. They're also one of few shops that doesn't refuse to use parts purchased by the customer. I'm a real hater about repair shops and dealerships, but these guys have won me over.

This was about $20 cheaper than the price at the dealership so I went ahead and made an appointment. At no time was I told of any additional charges. Again, I was still not told of any additional charges until the work was done and then I was told there was an additional $35 charge for a "code link reset". I argued that I should have been told of any possibility of additional charges at the time of scheduling or before the work was done as I could have had all this done at the dealership for a much cheaper price and without hidden costs. The guy gave me a whopping $5 off. Just another garage taking advantage of their female customers by adding costs and services without consulting them so they have no choice but to pay. I truly was in and out in about less than 15 minutes total. As someone else mentioned on a Google review, they offered me a complimentary cold bottle of water which was appreciated because I was low and had many errands left in the day. One gentleman commented my oil was looking a bit dark and recommend an oil flush for only $20 more (as well as new air filter for around $25) to which I agreed to give my car some extra TLC especially since I had a $10 off service coupon I received in the mail. I feel confident in coming here again because a 2nd worker looked over the engine before leaving and having a second pair of eyes gives me confidence it was a job well done since I know next to nothing about cars lol. Both gentlemen that I talked to were so nice, they helped brighten my meh morning full of errands and I will definitely be back. They even topped my windshield wiper fluid for me without even requesting it. If I could give them 6 stars I would!
