I just came back from there.I've spent over $1,000 for at 3 other different places.But when I called Phillips he said to bring it down & they would be a quick diagnosis. He put my car on the diagnosis machine and it turned out wires were stripped and a whole bunch of other stuff, including leaks.So many things were wrong it shouldn't even be running. He showed them all to me. He said just to get all the wires back on and in the right place it would cost $3-$600. Then depending on the size of the holes in the engine & transmission it could cost into the thousands. That he couldn't see spending more money than I already had on a 17 yr. old car. I was trying to keep from crying and I guess he felt sorry for me because he decided not to charge me for the diagnosis. I told him if he came across any cheap dependable old cars to let me know. He even made sure he had my home phone in case he did. You can't come across service like that anymore. So I give him a five star. read more

Had a wallet stolen out of a locked vehicle and the door wasn't broken, so they literally had to unlock the door steal the wallet than lock it back. But nobody knows how it happened o.O read more

We have taken our car,( yes the same car), to Phillips for repair from deer collisions. One in May, the other in November of the same year. Both times they did excellent work, made sure we had a ride to pick up the rental car and a ride to return the rental. They are very courteous and thorough with their work at a reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs and will not use anyone else for my vehicles. read more
