From a check engine light (they did fix for free) come on after 70 miles from time of purchase, to being stranded from home over 350 miles away after putting less then 3,000 miles from time of purchase. The "certified" check that they preformed was not done or just lied about. Several features that they stated worked never did. When asked if they would fix them, the manager said "how do we know they didn't break after you purchased it" I never thought Glockner would think this is the way to treat their customers. I guarantee I will tell every family, friend, co worker and employee that I know. I know I have saved at least 30 (headaches) vehicles from ever being purchased from Glockner. One of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN BUYING A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE. He put my car on the diagnosis machine and it turned out wires were stripped and a whole bunch of other stuff, including leaks.So many things were wrong it shouldn't even be running. He showed them all to me. He said just to get all the wires back on and in the right place it would cost $3-$600. Then depending on the size of the holes in the engine & transmission it could cost into the thousands. That he couldn't see spending more money than I already had on a 17 yr. old car. I was trying to keep from crying and I guess he felt sorry for me because he decided not to charge me for the diagnosis. I told him if he came across any cheap dependable old cars to let me know. He even made sure he had my home phone in case he did. You can't come across service like that anymore. So I give him a five star.
