Moses!! Moses is one of the most caring, genuine, honest people I have ever met. My car got an accident right in the beginning of this whole COVID thing. Sako's automotive recommended him to me, so I called him, and he immediately called me back and asked me to come the next day. Since I was working from home I wasnt in a rush to get my car back, so I told Moses to do his best job on it but obviously my budget wasn't high, as the car is a salvage title.. Moses took my car and he did above and beyond what I asked him to do... I went in only asking for just a front bumper repair, but he ended up fixing the paint on the whole car and also fixing parts in the car that were damaged from a crash prior, without any additional cost. He was always very responsive to my calls and even offered to help me I needed a ride to pick up my car. Despite the current pandemic, Moses was there and offered excellent customer service. Thank you so much again Moses for helping me with my car and for being so kind during this whole thing. I highly recommend Moses if you're looking for somebody to do auto bodywork; he will do above and beyond what you ask! read more

This is likely the top auto body repair shop in the area. Moses is caring and straight-forward. He will work with a damaged part where he can, advise you of the cost difference between superior after-market parts where he believes that best, and get OEM parts where he must. The car had a hole punched in the bumper in an accident (trailer hitch went through the bumper wrap but didn't do other damage). Other shops would have replaced the bumper with an OEM part. Moses made the repair of the old one at a fraction of the price of a new part, painted it (3 coats color, three of clear coat) and it looks like it came from the factory. Attentive to detail, he buffed the headlights from hazy to clear and buffed out and touched up small scratches in the front fender panels at no charge. Wow! The care was extraordinary, the car was ready for pickup when promised... when I picked it up and was about to drive off, he waved me over, told me he thought the rear tire was a couple pounds of air pressure light, and checked the air/filled to spec in all four. Who the heck does that?? Superior care at a better than fair price! read more

I had an issue with my gas tank door not opening and took my car to the local dealership. They quoted me $299 just to diagnose the problem. Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion and called Moses. I'm so glad I did. Moses took the time to check it out, explained what was going on, and gave me simple recommendations that actually solved the issue and he didn't charge me a dime. In a world where it's easy to feel pressured into expensive repairs, Moses showed honesty, integrity, and genuine care. He could have easily turned it into a paid repair, but instead he helped me get back on the road at no cost. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and who truly wants to help people, I highly recommend Moses. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism! read more

I must say that getting into a car accident is a horrible experience and I was expecting the worst. I was recommended to Moses Auto Care by a friend and he made this whole process a smooth one. Moses provided exceptional customer service and was very honest. He dealt with the insurance company directly and from the moment I dropped off the car to the moment he completed the work, he was very professional and honest which are two things that are very rare in this business. Best part is he delivered my vehicle before the promised date. My car looks amazing and I will definitely continue to do business here. I will also recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you Moses for your exceptional work. read more

Moses saved my butt, there is no other way to say it. I drive for UBER and I hit a piece of a shredded tire on the freeway which damaged my front bumper and broke off some of the tabs that attach the bumper to the frame. Not easy to fix without replacing the entire bumper which would have been very expensive. I would have had to pay my insurance deductible of $500 and been without my car for several days if it had not been for Moses. He fixed me up and even replaced my front Toyota emblem which came off from the tire impact. He fixed everything and gave me the new emblem for $100 bucks. Anyone else would have raked me over the coals for a lot of money. Thanks Moses! I am a customer for life. read more

I was referred here by a family friend after I had some damage done to the front panel of my car. I spoke to Moses about what could be done to fix it and he gave me his honest opinion without having to jump through all the little hoops that other mechanics try to get you to pay for. He was extremely nice and very helpful! Had my car done within a couple days and it looked liked nothing had ever happened. I was very impressed with his work and the fact that he went above and beyond with his service by cleaning and touching up the entire car. I would definitely recommend going here to any friend or family member who needs some work done on their vehicles. I would rate this 100/10 if I could! read more

I can't recall me ever writing a negative, 1 star review, but he deserved i I had a bumper issue, he, Moses quoted me 3000$, and I asked him to give me a time. Called him in a week(didn't have time to go to other places) So I decided to go ahead with repair. He refused to do it for 3000$, because he felt I didn't have other choice, and wanted to charge me at least 1000$ extra. Just because he felt he has the opportunity to charge me more, he tried it/ He gets parts way cheaper, since he has a discount from the dealers, but would charge you fully for the parts, and will charge the labor fee as high as possible. No honesty in this person read more

One year ago I bought a 1998 Mustang from Moses. He repainted the car to make it like new and did an amazing job. He also handled the DMV title work as he is a dealer. Sadly, one year later, a texting teenage driver smashed into the front of the car almost totaling it. Moses was the only guy I'd let touch and repaint the front end. He also fixed a deployed air bag and even went the extra mile to fix a defective window mechanism that wasn't even caused by the accident. The car looks better than ever, and I would recommend Moses to anyone searching for a creative, talented and honest body shop technician. read more

I had dislodged the back plastic bumper cover from my older Malibu via some sloppy driving. I had no good idea where to take my car to reattach it. Certainly not to the unsatisfactory Chevy dealer. I choose Moses body shop as it was nearby. Regardless that the shop is small and nondescript, it was a pleasant experience. Moses was knowledgeable, down to earth and no interest in over charging. Within a day and a half, the bumper was fixed, strengthened and reinstalled like new. The repair was done with thoughtful care and attention to detail. Moses earned my trust and I am very satisfied. read more

Moses is honest, straight forward, and a hard worker. When finding a place to get my car repaired, Moses was by far the most informative and cost friendly option. He definitely did not try to jack up the prices, though he probably could of due to my lack of knowledge about car repair. I can tell he cares about his customers because he calls everyone by name, offers to give a ride to and from his repair shop, and is very respectful answering any questions I may have had. I am extremely grateful to have met Moses and recommend him to anyone needing their car fixed! read more

Moses did it again. This was my second time to use his service. He did work on my wife's car about a year ago. Car looked like new when he finished. Just had him do some more work on the same car. Once again work done was perfect. Clear coat was coming off trunk lid. He removed the lid and repainted it to new specs. I was having trouble closing the trunk before I took the car to Moses. When he finished the work the trunk closes with a lite touch, Awesome. If you want pro work at a fair and honest price, moses is your man. He goes the extra mile to do the work right. read more

Moses Auto Care was beyond professional and nice. My daughter was in a car accident and we thought the car would be salvaged. We towed her car to Moses the customer service we received was over/above and the car was completed within an acceptable time frame. I love these guys, trust me when I say their service second to none. Moses knows what it means to have a young adult and the car expenses that we as parents inherit. He was honest and straight forward about prices every step of the way. Referrals are the best form of compliment. read more

I dented my fender and door coming out of the garage; too much in a hurry so now what do I do? Received a recommendation to get a quote from Moses. After stopping by, now I know why he was given as a referral. Caring, honest, and precise in the work that needed to be done and clear on total cost. Results: expert work, exact cost as quoted and exceeded my expectations. His TLC package is worth every penny. I won't hesitate to refer to my friends. read more

I took my Nissan last month for repairs on the entire left side , they finished my car couple hours early than promised, plus they cleaned and did touchups on scratches I had on the other side of car. They pick me up from my work when the car was ready, and I was really happy to see that they polished my headlights, without me asking for it. I already send them a friend with her Murano and she was very happy with the result. FiVE STARS for sure! read more

I got rear ended and Moses did an amazing repairing my 2007 Honda accord. His estimate was spot on and he did it in less than a week at a priced that was over $2000 than some of the local bigger chains. Moses kept me posted on the progress and the end painting of the hood and bumper were a perfect match, I hope I never need his services again but I would go here if I ever get into another accident. read more
