I came here on recommendation of German Automotive Specialists for a fuel door issue on my '22 Audi A5. Raul took my car in and had it ready within 2 days. Very efficient, honest, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any body work! read more

My girlfriend was told to submit a supplemental claim because her insurance did not "cover" everything. First red flag. She trusted this guy and did as he said. He was supposed to do her paint job and didn't even do a proper job. He left an entire section bare even though he could have easily covered it. Second flag. Last flag is when she gave him 2 months to submit the form. She asked him to do so, he lied and said he would do so multiple times. He never did. She is out of $$$ because her insurance can't force Raul to do the thing he said he would do. Do not go to him. read more

Excellent! They got me in quickly and took care of everything in a very professional manner.

Raul and Union Auto Body were referred to me by my Jaguar mechanic. The front end of my car and hood were damaged from some falling debris from a wind storm we had. I brought my car to Raul and in a little over a week it came back flawless and better than new! My insurance covered it but i was also surprised at how reasonable they are. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed! read more

This review is long over due. Sal the owner and Raul the lead mechanic is very reliable and honest. Recommended.

Called my mechanic at B&D Auto Repair in Glendora for a Auto body shop recommendation as I needed my leaky sunroof fixed. He immediately referred me to union Auto body . Raul gave me a estimate. He went in my opinion above and beyond. Fixed my sunroof and it was a very smooth experience. I highly recommend good work to whoever is in need . read more

I have a 2013 Range Rover that had some door damage and a lot of dings and previous poor repairs. Raul and his people made my car look brand new! And for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!! Thank you very much!! Jim read more

Raul and his team at Union Auto Body did an exceptional job on my new Jaguar. I had an issue with my rear lower bumper that had fallen off while driving. It was damaged beyond repair. Originally I went to the new Jaguar dealer in the City of Industry for help. They took a look, made some notes and said they would call me back; no call backs and when I called them 3 times, no return calls. What a joke! In no time at all Raul got new bumper, painted to match, and then installed. Also, one of the backup sensors needed to be calibrated after the bumper was installed, So Raul called his friend who owns and operates a certified Jaguar service center in Covina and calibrated the sensor at the shop. Very impressed and very grateful that this level of service still exist in the automotive industry. A+ read more

Excellent work! Sal, Raul, Sergio and the team are bodywork artists... someone backed into the passenger side destroying both front&rear doors (luckily no B pillar damage) and even the "dogleg" area (strip of metal just in front of the rear tire)... other body shops recommended replacing the whole rear quarter panel (would've more that doubled the estimate). They were able to repair the damage perfectly... most shops would not have the knowledge of how to do this kind of repair read more

I can't speak highly enough of the great service I received from Union Auto body. Sergio and his Dad are awesome to work with. I will highly recommend to anyone who needs body work done. I would give 6 stars if the option was available! read more

Scraped the side up on the Civic. Made my 8th trip to Union Auto Body. The before picture does not show how badly the panel was damaged. The repair took less time then they said it would. They even fixed a trunk leak that was driving me nuts. I highly recommend Union Auto Body. They are talented, professional, reasonably priced, and extremely friendly. Thank you Sal, Raul, Sergio, and the rest of the crew for taking such good care of my cars. Union Auto Body is the best. read more

What can I say , auto body was fast and reliable in my new 2023 Kia , my car looks brand new . They did such a wonderful job I'm so happy I went to them , keep up the great work And thank you so much for my car looking new like 2 months ago when I just got it . read more

I had a ding on my Tesla door, the size a bit larger than a quarter. I called a couple of those mobile ding/dent repair services and they said that the ding was a bit too much for them to repair. Although the ding was small, it was too sharp and too deep so they recommended an auto body shop to make the repair; I get it, they were right, and I was so glad they gave me an honest opinion and not try to take on something they could not really fix properly. So I went looking for auto body repair shops and got the cold shoulder from all of them telling me that they are not authorized/certified Tesla body repair shop. I could not believe how difficult it was to repair a door ding. My husband reminded me of Union Auto Body because they did such a great job on his car last year. To make a long story short, Raul the owner took a look at it, said "no problem" he could take care of it. He said it would involve more work than one would think of for this kind of dent and it would be done in 3 days. It was done in one day, picked up the car the next day. It was flawless and perfect, like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend Union Auto Body Shop! read more

The best family owned shop I've ever been too - hands down! Sal, the owner, is a gentle, friendly and genuine guy. He would never rip you off and he does quality work. If he's not satisfied he'll make it right and you don't even have to ask him to do it. Union Auto Body also takes most insurance so stop on in and give them a chance to fix you up! read more

Raul helped me fix my side panel on my highlander and was able to do it for less than anticipated. He helped paint a couple of my buddies cars and did a great job! Definitely recommend Raul and his team of experts. read more

Raul is honest and accommodating. We brought our car to the dealer to fix a broken passenger side mirror and was quoted $800, called Union Auto Body and Raul could not give a quote over the phone so we brought it in for him to look at the damage, he fixed it for less than half of the dealers quote. Take your car to Union Auto Body, you won't be disappointed! read more

Great work...Great prices...and overall AMAZING SERVICE! You can't beat the work they put into your car. The owner has been there over 35 years and has an amazing reputation in delivering the best service ever. Brought my mom's car in to get a windshield replaced and also touch up some chipped paint on the side molding from a hammer flying onto the windshield on the freeway and also a small scrape on the front bumper and they did everything in less than a week for such a fair price. I live in Lake Elsinore and didn't mind driving all the way to Azusa to bring the vehicle in. Overall couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely keep coming here and recommending this shop to every I possibly know. Sal (the owner) and his staff won't disappoint, TRUST ME! read more

I was involved in a fender bender, and found Union Auto Body and glad I did! Very professional shop that does great work, and great prices! I was told my truck would be ready in about a week, and they delivered a few days in advance! I was very impressed especially when business' started to close due to Covid19. The owner was happy to give me a ride home and also pick me up, and take me to his shop! Since I needed a new grille, I asked him if he could order the new style factory grilled from the dealer. (A $400 part). To my surprise when the new grille was installed he said that he'd only charge me half for the grille! They didn't even charge me when I requested to have my front tow hitches painted red! WOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was so impressed with Union Auto Body, that a week later I had them do a little bit of fiberglass work on one of the side skirts on my C5 Corvette. Again, quality service at a great price! This is a company you can trust! read more

Currently my favorite auto body shop. My previous favorite got sold and now overcharges for mediocre work. Here they have fair prices and great work. I had the unfortunate experience of needing a body shop twice within 4 months. Both times I took it to Raul at Union Body Shop and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I picked up my car today and to my surprise, he included some repairs to my left rear fender and repaired/replaced my severely scratched rims at no additional cost. On the way home, my car starting losing steam when I'd hit the gas. I called Raul and he immediately got in his truck and met me at my location. He determined that the transmission line was leaking and needed to be replaced. He called a tow truck and waited with my car until the tow truck arrived so that I could leave. 3 hours later I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up and at no extra charge. I hope not to ever need to see him again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call. read more

They repaired a dent in the rear of my f150. Did a great job. I know aluminum is tough to repair. Returned my truck washed and vacuumed

Wow! We really enjoyed working with Raul! This is the second time he helped us with our bodywork issue.. He was able to find us a much cheaper solution to our dent on the passenger side door of our Prius ! Rather than making us pay couple grand to resolve the issue he suggested a solution which only cost a small fraction of what we would have needed to pay in the beginning !!! Please support this ethical business practice by giving them more business! Thank you Raul ! read more

I got to say this place was the perfect place I was looking for. No one ever wants to need a good body shop, but sooner or later you will. And nothings worse than getting over quoted on body repairs for very minor or small things that you know your getting ripped off on. Raul from Union Auto Body took care of me and fixed my back bumper and the front bumper for less than what the other guys around him quoted me for just the rear! I had the smallest little wrinkle on my bumper where someone bumped into me at literally 2 mph waiting in line at a gas station, (without saying the exact price) everyone else quoted me almost double! Plus these other places wanted to outsource my bumper work, where this place does it onsite which to me, is way better. I'm not going there for them to send my bumper somewhere else. Plus you can tell thats y the price goes so high since they're paying someone else to do the work instead of them doing it in house. Well anyways I just got it back today and it looks great and im very happy with the work and I got my car back exactly when he said i was suppose to. So 5 stars can't complain. read more
