Raul and his team at Union Auto Body did an exceptional job on my new Jaguar. I had an issue with my rear lower bumper that had fallen off while driving. It was damaged beyond repair. Originally I went to the new Jaguar dealer in the City of Industry for help. They took a look, made some notes and said they would call me back; no call backs and when I called them 3 times, no return calls. What a joke! In no time at all Raul got new bumper, painted to match, and then installed. Also, one of the backup sensors needed to be calibrated after the bumper was installed, So Raul called his friend who owns and operates a certified Jaguar service center in Covina and calibrated the sensor at the shop. I was involved in a fender bender, and found Union Auto Body and glad I did! Very professional shop that does great work, and great prices! I was told my truck would be ready in about a week, and they delivered a few days in advance! I was very impressed especially when business' started to close due to Covid19. The owner was happy to give me a ride home and also pick me up, and take me to his shop! Since I needed a new grille, I asked him if he could order the new style factory grilled from the dealer. (A $400 part). To my surprise when the new grille was installed he said that he'd only charge me half for the grille! They didn't even charge me when I requested to have my front tow hitches painted red! WOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was so impressed with Union Auto Body, that a week later I had them do a little bit of fiberglass work on one of the side skirts on my C5 Corvette. Again, quality service at a great price! I had the unfortunate experience of needing a body shop twice within 4 months. Both times I took it to Raul at Union Body Shop and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I picked up my car today and to my surprise, he included some repairs to my left rear fender and repaired/replaced my severely scratched rims at no additional cost. On the way home, my car starting losing steam when I'd hit the gas. I called Raul and he immediately got in his truck and met me at my location. He determined that the transmission line was leaking and needed to be replaced. He called a tow truck and waited with my car until the tow truck arrived so that I could leave. 3 hours later I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up and at no extra charge. I got to say this place was the perfect place I was looking for. No one ever wants to need a good body shop, but sooner or later you will. And nothings worse than getting over quoted on body repairs for very minor or small things that you know your getting ripped off on. Raul from Union Auto Body took care of me and fixed my back bumper and the front bumper for less than what the other guys around him quoted me for just the rear! I had the smallest little wrinkle on my bumper where someone bumped into me at literally 2 mph waiting in line at a gas station, (without saying the exact price) everyone else quoted me almost double! Plus these other places wanted to outsource my bumper work, where this place does it onsite which to me, is way better. I'm not going there for them to send my bumper somewhere else. Plus you can tell thats y the price goes so high since they're paying someone else to do the work instead of them doing it in house.
