It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. I found out that the washer and dryer was in fact not GE and I called back three times to get no answer or call back. It seems companies pick and choose who they want to do business with. It's very evident that over the phone I'm a black woman. However, Green Street Appliances in Longview Texas were very helpful and I gladly paid cash for something else. My daughter now has a new set!
