It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. I found out that the washer and dryer was in fact not GE and I called back three times to get no answer or call back. It seems companies pick and choose who they want to do business with.
