They contacted me to send CPAP equipment i really didn't need but assured me that it was covered by my insurance. Later they billed be for part of it Later I got another bill for supplies they had sent the previous year. Their excuse is that my suplemental insurance company is unresponsive which I find hard to believe. The whole operation is a scam and they won't close the account unless you are dead. They need to be investigated by the Interstate commerce commission. Save yourself some grief and do not start any business with them.

I called they told me I was not a patient and I would have to start over. Meantime my oxygen is not running word supposed to be since it has holes in it I did get a new medical necessity that they say they have not received but still 24 hours later I have a headache from my oxygen being so low And I would advise you to never ever use this service. I am hoping the DME gods will bring me cannulas and a new hose. At this point it will have to be from Lincare so you can imagine that I'm worried about receiving it.

She asked me to wait until she finished with them. After 20 minutes, I asked if she would hand me my machine I saw sitting behind the counter. She asked me if I knew how to use it. I told her yes. To which she replied, good because I don't know anything about CPAP machines. She had me sign an ipad and went back to the shoe customers. This was a weekday around I:00pm. Not to mention that their Respiratory Therapist could not accommodate my schedule! I offered to meet anytime on a Friday! No, he couldn't do that! The machine works. So, that's a positive! They need to hire more people and train them. Also, it is lucky I went by early because they had a sign on the door that they were closing at 4:00 pm instead of 5:30pm. Lucky for me I was off work that day!! They need to stay open the hours posted on the door and website. I checked and the early closing sign was on the door all week! Really???
