Meatballs

Delicious pizza with a great view on Marco Island! There's nothing better. I recommend the barbecue chicken pizza it's huge, tasty, with fresh pieces of chicken packing a ton of flavor. The best part of the pizza definitely was the dough. Fresh, toasty and fluffy goodness. Super delicious Great pizza spot. Also try the meat balls and salads there good!

Stopped in to grab a bite after traveling over for a business trip. The place was fairly empty, but we wanted pizza! You order at the counter, so we stood around and looked at the menu for a while. Once we finally decided, we ordered and were shown to our table. The meatball appetizer was awesome! Best part of the meal for sure. The pizza was ok. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but certainly not the worst. Service was adequate. Our waters were filled and food was brought timely, but for how empty they were, we didn't see our server very often. Overall, this place was a solid pizza joint. It's a lot less uppity than the other dining places at the Marriott, so expect a little less in terms of service and quality.

We ordered more than once during our stay from 400 Pazzis! Great food! Fast service! Grab to go, eat at the restaurant or take it back to your room!

Margherita Pizza and chocolate cake on the patio

Food and service were amazing! We ended up eating here twice during our vacay, once on the patio and once as takeout for the beach! Great location right next to the pools and beach! I highly recommend the cheesy bread, margherita pizza, and chocolate cake!

We enjoyed launch outside at Pazzis before leaving the J.W. Marriott. Lunch was a grilled chicken Caesar salad and a white pizza, along with two beers. Our servings were pricey but plentiful. We enjoyed our lunch very much and had leftover pizza again the next day. The salad was fresh and flavorful, but the pizza was better. There were grilled or charred artichokes on the pizza that were magnificent! The white cheeses, fresh basil, and perfectly cooked crust contributed to the scrumptious pizza experience, but the artichokes put it absolutely over the top.

This was one of the dining options I enjoyed the most while at the Marriott. The pizza can be eaten at the restaurant, either inside or on the patio, or taken to go and eaten at the pool or beach. The pizza is pretty tasty and the prices aren't unreasonable.

Chef Tony Zinn at 400 Pazzi's took fantastic care of my family, accommodating us with our many food allergies. He went above and beyond to prepare tasty food that was safe, ensuring that we enjoyed our vacation anxiety free.

Cheesy bread

We really enjoyed this food. We loved the cheesy bread. We ate it like 3 times. I would definitely recommend this place and the view outside is amazing.

We recently ate at this restaurant at the JW Marriott. They have gluten free options for both pastas as well as pizzas. We had the build your pizza 16 inch with grilled vegetables and pepperoni. The actual dough for the gluten-free pizza is not scratch made in-houses, but is from a dough from an outside vendor. We found the pizza to be quite tasty and I even found it almost equivalent to my regular pizzas. The grilled vegetables had a nice charred taste to them and the dough was light and flaky and very tasty. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who is gluten-free. When eating at this establishment, you order and pay upfront and then you seat yourself. We found that all associates and the manager were quite friendly and accommodating. Really nice experience.

Great quick pizza shop of staying at hotel. Convenient location and very good service. If you stay at JW Marriott on Marco Island, come get a pizza...

The staff member was friendly and let us know the fryer would add a few minutes to the wait. With several customers ahead of us, the total wait was just over ten minutes. Unfortunately, the food didn't travel well. Even though we live less than five minutes away, everything was already cooling off by the time we got home. The fries didn't seem freshly fried, were barely warm, and the portion felt skimpy. The ribs and pulled pork were just okay, and the garlic toast was soft and flimsy. The one standout was the creamy coleslaw, which was genuinely good. Overall, the carryout experience was disappointing. Next time, I'd skip the Marco Island pickup and head to the Naples location instead.

These were definitely tangy. We ordered on GrubHub as the phone was constantly busy. It seemed to be the same price on there as it was calling. There is no place to sit and eat. Truly take out only.

The restaurant has inside and outside seating. We sat outside because the weather was nice. Service was friendly and efficient. The reason for 3 stars is the food, which in my opinion was at best mediocre. The kid had pasta and red sauce, which at $12 was overpriced. The pasta was overcooked and the marinara lacked flavor. It came with fries that were crispy and well seasoned. I thought they were good but the wife said she tasted old oil. The wife and I had a house side salad and frankly, it was pathetic. It was not attractive to look at and not well assembled. It looked like someone just threw together some lettuce, a couple of cucumber slices, and some diced tomatoes and called it a salad. The portion was very small. We wanted a wedge salad but were told that they "were out." Whatever that means. We ordered the Caprese pizza, $26, which was overpriced. The crust was not thin but not thick. It completely lacked flavor. Someone forgot the salt when making the dough. The pie was not fully cooked in the middle. The ingredients, which were supposed to resemble a caprese salad, never really came together. The wife did not like it all. I was not as harsh. It was not terrible, but it was not very good. We did not take the leftovers with us. I don't know where the 4 and 5 star reviews come from. Maybe we got them on an off night. Maybe we ordered the wrong food. I don't know. But what I do know is that I would not recommend this restaurant and we will not return.

The staff was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was vibrant yet upscale. We started off with complementary bread with an oil (& something paste - I didn't catch the name) which was excellent. All entrées come with a house salad or you can do an upgrade to a Caesar. I chose the house salad that comes with balsamic vinaigrette. Very well put together, light and refreshing. The Cernia Alla Pescatore was very flavorful and everything was cook to perfection. For desert, I had the Profiteroles ($17): cream puff filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with hot chocolate fudge. What a great way to end a fantastic meal!!! After my experience on Thursday, February 12th, that's over. At 6:05 PM, I placed a small online order (mozzarella sticks, a calzone, and a sandwich) through their website, as I always do. Estimated pickup: 29 to 34 minutes. I arrived at 6:41 with my wife and kids in the car. Food wasn't ready, but "five more minutes." Fine. Five turned into twenty. Twenty turned into forty. During that time, I watched the staff take phone orders and quote every customer "20 to 25 minutes," no matter the order size. When I asked what the holdup was, the staff, who were genuinely doing their best, explained that new kitchen staff were struggling. My son was starving, so I left to grab him food elsewhere and came back about 30 minutes later, confident my order would be waiting. It wasn't. At 7:35 PM, ninety minutes after placing a three-item order, nothing was ready. I asked the staff why they were still quoting 20-minute turnarounds when the reality was 90+ minutes. I suggested they pause online ordering to let the kitchen recover. They told me the owner, Jared Grifoni, has instructed them to keep online orders on and to continue telling customers 20 minutes, despite knowing the kitchen is nowhere close to meeting that timeline. That's not a bad night. That's a policy decision to mislead customers for the sake of revenue. I requested a refund. As it was being processed, two of my three items finally came out. When the staff asked the kitchen about the last item, the answer was: "I have no idea when we'll get to that." I left at 7:46 PM, one hour and forty-one minutes after ordering. To be clear: the staff on the floor that night are not to blame. They were put in a no-win situation and handled it as well as anyone could. The issue is ownership making a conscious choice to overload the kitchen, deceive customers about wait times, and let the staff absorb the fallout. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly full. When I left, it was almost empty. I won't be adding myself to either count again.
