The variety…read moreof drinks & setup of the taps means you can spend hours there without breaking the bank or having too much of a flavor you don't prefer. It is a small space so crowding could happen easier than at most establishments but I liked the size as well. There was only one guy running the whole space but he did a good job with the 20 or so people who cycled through while I was there. Of the small food menu only had the pretzel but it was among the best I've ever had! Hopefully a food place moves in that they can partner with to increase the possibilities for food beyond frozen pizzas & the pretzel. That is as close to a complaint as I had but the excellence of the twist made up for the lack of options.

Poor attitude and terrible hospitality…read more Stopped by on Saturday, August 29th around 2:00 PM for a late afternoon bite. We were waiting by the host stand when the hostess came up, followed by who I assumed was the manager on duty, all in a huff. Instead of a basic, professional welcome, we were snapped at: "It's going to be about 20-30 minutes to seat you, we are understaffed and very busy!" No apologies, no "Hey, please understand we are understaffed at the moment, if you like, please grab a drink at the bar and we will get you seated ASAP." The bar area seemed to be the only open section, and that was half-full at best. As someone in the industry, I get staggering tables, but to be so b*tchy about it is unacceptable. With both a street fair and the Bison game happening that same day, management should have expected that level of business and staffed accordingly. It wasn't our fault they were understaffed, and taking that frustration out on guests is a terrible way to make an impression on out-of-towners or locals alike!
